:evergreentree: The feeling of being one with the untouched beauty of nature... It's magical. :evergreentree:
This is a game about being one with the environment and protecting it against the invaders... The human race. They try to build skyscrapers and factories, not giving a single thought to all the trees they are destroying!
Now it's time to destroy THEM!! :hammer:

Disclaimer Take around 30 seconds to look around the environment, after that buildings will start spawning!
Controls I didn't have time to explain this in-game, but: - Hold right mouse to rotate - Hold left mouse to pan - Scroll to zoom in or out - Press 1 to equip sledgehammer - Press left mouse to use - Press 2 to equip wateringcan - Press left mouse to use
This game features: - A lovely minimalist setting - Randomly placed trees - Destroying buildings - Planting new trees - Full 360 camera with pan & zoom - Animated water
This game still needs: - A calm soundtrack (This was actually suppose to be one of the main things, but it didn't happen) - An actual fail- and winstate - Sound effects - Gameplay testing (Didn't have time for balancing yet) - Further optimization (Although I did implement LODs for the first time ever!)

I'm really glad that I got where I got in the very limited amount of time I had! Much of the heavy lifting was done in the last day. I learned a whole lot. I hope you guys enjoy it somewhat too, I appreciate every comment and piece of feedback! I know it's not finished yet, but I just didn't have the time and the scale was too big.

Really nice graphics, very responsive even with thousands of trees placed. Some sort of end-goal would be good, but it's still enjoyable throwing trees around on a map. I encountered at least one instance where trees wouldn't spawn where a building _had_ been after knocking it down.
Nice job :)
I had the additional awkwardness of playing on a laptop touchpad which wouldn't let me rotate. Scroll to zoom in and out seemed very sensitive but that might also be the touchpad.
The hit boxes on the building seems small, and possibly also had a distance component? Not sure. It was hard to knock them over. The need for precision was the thing that went most against the feeling of calm.
Looks great and I enjoyed it.
Love it though its quite thought provoking and a surprise.
I think there is a little bit of a challenge missing;
I had a problem, I could not change the key to take the watering can.
But really a good job!

Sorry the video was cut a bit. Beautiful models and scenery. Bet you spent all of your time on those lol.
You've probably already thought of this, but yeah, maybe later you can add like a god-like effect when we bring down the hammer? So rather than the buildings simply get knocked down to the ground, maybe there's a hurricane effect, earthquake effect, something like that.
And lol yeah, the sound of people screaming and dying would've been pretty sick (in a good way).
Nice Job.
- Clicking on the factories doesn't realiably kill them (raycast doesn't detect hitting factory)
- Game gets quite boring after short while (factories doesn't really swarm you that much, and trees are getting removed slowly)
- Misses some events or unique powers to make longer play time
Apart from that, I did like the mood and settings. The idea is there, and that counts (for game jams anyways), where you can't implement everything perfectly (due to limited time)
Keep up the good work!
