Nice job!
You could also had a view of the hull where you could send the hero to repair. I forsee a lot of pontential in this game. Amazing job
the graphics are nice, and the gameplay is good.
One thing i would like to have is the abillity to change the position of the human without openning up the ship panel every time, maybe a keyboard shortcut.
Our games are surprisingly similar, and also quite different!
What I love about yours:
- beautiful, simplistic, finished art style
- music reminiscent of FTL, which fits well, nicely laid back
- great use of the Unity Web Player, I need to check out how you did that.
- beautiful microcosm of the ship
- difficulty curve is nice!
- good humour on the "background story"
- space krakens, eeeee!
Try differently:
- I wish the ship coasted just a little when I got off the helm or ran out of power
Overall:
- one of the nicest little games I have played, very well executed, very charming to play and watch!
I've noticed the HP bar on the bottom left corner is hiding your ship many times so maybe it needs some UI polish. Anyway the game was so cool and fun! Good job!
The difficulty was rather easy but I tend to like that in jam games more than brutal difficulty, easier to actually try out all the features and see what the game has to offer.
Enjoyed to bits playing this one. Fantastic job.
Don't mind to ask a translation, and congratulations :)
