When people die, you can’t interact with them no more. You can remember them OK, but that’s it.
That’s what this nogame is about.
It’s a nogame about losing people. About missing people. About you missing people.
Every 5 days, one out of the 5 NPCs in this nogame will die. Yes. Die. Forever. Like, hum, actually dying.
An empty room means that someone died there. Someone you could’ve met if you’d played this game just a few days earlier.

I really enoyed the mood and the take on the theme.
I love the overall experience and how the little factors like the art style and music contribute.
With the first NPC, I choose the wrong pills (I actually didn't even notice there was a correct one in the sheet), and when I notice it I feel bad (kind of like his imminent death was my fault).
When the screen fades to white, I read the description and got confused by the fact that all my NPCs were alive the whole time. Then I understand that "Every 5 days" refers to actual real-life time. This little detail makes your game something truly unique in some way.
Some small technical issues - I didn't realize you had to hold down the key to move at the beginning, so at first I thought the game didn't have focus or something was wrong. (some small movement on a single key press would help make this clearer) Also, I didn't figure out that you were supposed to remember & select the correct medication until I got to the selection screen, so some sort of warning for that or ability to go back to their chart might be good. (as if it even matters!)
Despite any issues this was really great, one of the most affecting & emotional LD entries I've seen. Amazing work.
Like a couple of people here, the first time I had to give a pill to an NPC, I couldn't remember which one would work here. It would be great if there was an opportunity to go back to the clinical report (maybe, there is such an option, but I failed to do it).
But what is August 25th? Will they all die then?? I hope not.
