This turned out way more serious that I was expecting. Appreciated how things contrasted and your questioning of "must".

Glad I still like apples.

This was amazing, i loved the color palette and simple art style, the tool you used to make it looks really cool, I might have to check it out myself. I would play a longer version of this with a bit more story, but also I think this works perfectly as a piece. Congratulations! This feels done in a good way.

First cute and positive, but it got dark rather quickly. An amazing entry though!
I did a game on a similar theme (sacrifice driven workaholic lifestyle)

Wow, that was an interesting experience. Only missed a calm soundtrack and some minor sound effects. But otherwise a very solid entry with an interesting spin on the theme. Good job!

I like your approach of the theme "Sacrifices must be made", also the pixel art graphic is amazing.

Really great one! I really wanted to show it to my friends. It made me thought a lot about our life style. Thanks a lot!

Your art is also amazing. I liked how color scheme changes. I really wanted to add sound tracks for it!
I gave a high rating, including "fun".

Cool and cute little game with a message! I didn't expect it to end like this! I find that Bitsy brings out the best of people in terms of storytelling. The minimalistic approach forces people to get creative

@azamatika So I understand that you decide what is a game and what isn't a game? @iggythegrifter made an interactive piece in 48h, all by himself, and he can be proud of that. Please keep your negativity out of this community, or at least give some constructive criticism. :v:

It looked like the game went from positive and cute to downright depressing. Great entry! Loved the message at the end.

Incredible game, so many feels.
The three middle screens got me so hard, I wasn't expecting that at all.
And the ending, obviously.
Damn, amazing job! Thanks!

Games are a really good way to tell stories. I know some people wouldn't call "walking simulators" games. I think you should continue making more this type of storytelling interactive media. :) I really like how limited the color palette was, shows how little you need to paint a picture in a persons head. It would maybe need some background sound as well. The retro style went together with the nostalgic childhood theme.

The Game has great Jokes and feelings in text. The Graphics are really simple and the Colour Shape is terrible. Sorry. But in general. Good Work!

I enjoyed this interactive Bitsy piece. Good to see a bit of social commentary in there too. I also ended up making a Bitsy about careers as well. :)

Loved the dialog and especially the mood of the game. Cute art too. Went around exploring and found all sorts of yummy things, people, fun objects.

...Then boom, a huge "25 years later" jump. Was surprised by the plot twist, made for a cool story. Going to work, nagging bosses, no longer enjoying things you had enjoyed when you were younger. The dialog from your co workers. Everything fit together really well.

I won, I think. ![Screenshot from 2018-12-24 21-13-24.png](///raw/3f2/z/1fc93.png)

I loved the mood all throughout. You managed to create something that holds together and has a message with few limited tools. Great experience. Well done!
