ROoS by Stephen Coley

Avoid the shrinking edge of the universe. ROoS( Running Out of Space ) is a 2D platformer where you have to collect and spend "space" to jump. The universe is contracting, so don't hesitate. Run!

The graphics are simple, but with the audio it creates an excellent "mood", I love it! Gameplay-wise, it's very entertaining, and the level design is perfect. It's start easy, then becomes challenging very quickly.

@triplefox your comment made me lol because I'm now imagining running straight towards a gap getting ready to jump even though it's not gonna work without the space :laughing:

At the very beginning though I didn't understand why I could jump sometimes and why I couldn't other times, then I saw the space counter increasing and it was the epiphany "Running at out ""space"" !" x)
It also was pretty fun mastering the jumps. I liked the "aha" momenet where I realized I had to go backwards after getting the jump.
The mechanic is simple but fun, gets very challenging once the levels progress which I enjoyed.
Also amazing music!
