Hell's Factory by Oscar onix

[raw]
made by Oscar onix for LD 44 (JAM)

/WARNING/ Because of a collision problem, to hire workers you have to put your mouse just above the workers and a white box will appears. Sorry /WARNING/

This game is about workers optimization to reach an amount of money in a limited time.It was one of our first game project and obviously our first game jam. It might not be the best game you will play but if you can try it and give us advices and opinions that would be amazing. Thank you !

The game would be pretty nice if I would have understood how to hire workers ^^ I did click on them and first it worked sometimes but when I later clicked on them they didn't react. The idea behind this game is good but I think the controls need some polish or I misunderstood something. I really liked the laugh in the intro btw. The graphics are pretty cute but very unconsistent. The wall doesn't seem to fit into the game and why do the organs have gray and the workers black outlines? All in all it seems like a funny and good concept but needs some polish :)

I didn't manage to click on the workers, the controls are a bit buggy I suppose.

Like the concept and the simplified art, but really hard to play because of lack of feedback from the game. Get me stuck when try to hire workers, and many times organs became connected to each other. It seems to be funny game, but the work improving feedback from user input definely should be done. Nevertheless, good job!

Nice concept. It was a little buggy, and I wasn't entirely sure what was going on. But I seemed to make money :)

A cool idea. I would suggest maybe experimenting with the UI and controls; I had difficulty understanding what I was doing initially. Also I seem to make money regardless of what I do.

Nice work on the sounds though, nice mood setting.

Really nice mood and audio! Fits into the theme really well, I think I would just like the idea expanded on a little to polish it off

Really nice game - clever and challenging. The way you manage the choosen theme is original. Respectfully I guess that it could be improved, but at this stage it is good enough. Some bugs must be fixed, but in less than a few days, you did a solid project. Thank you for this entry. I wish you the best ++

Not bad for your first game jam. There were a few bugs that made parts not work, but with some polishing this game would be great.

Several bugs, but they could be fixed. If you do happen to fix them, you can upload another version of it without the bugs, so that does not get as much feedback.

I had a bit of trouble moving organs between layers. But the game is original and I love the concept. Why can't real doctors just rotate stuff so its better organized?
