Survivor Dude by Barks
This is my first game i have gotten to somewhat complete stage and it just so happen to be along with LD42 sweet!. it was developed in less then 72 hours.
Survivor Dude is a top down shooter where Survivor Dude takes on and endless onslaught of angry red Killer Dudes, Dance through the hordes closing in and kill as many as you can!
Endless enemies spawning.
Bosses spawn at the start and every twenty seconds.
Bullets penetrate trough multiple enemies.
WASD to move, Mouse1 for Boom Boom,

Also the bosses idea every 30 seconds it's really fun and challenging, it creates some anticipation.
Nice pixelart! Have you used Aseprite?
Your idea fits the theme, and in the overall it's a nice game to play in spare time (please, post a WebGL build!)
