Hell-A Work by kukiri

Hello Ludum folks, this is our little game :)
Hell-a Work is an office simulator game in which you are the boss. Hire employees and accept or deny their requests. Be careful! Your decisions will make your employees happy or sad. If motivation is too low, employees will do crazy things!
Try to make money to have a bigger office!
The more employees you have, the worse it is!
Thank you very much for playing this small game, we hope you had a good time playing it! :D

The sound effects and music really sat well. Mayde hiring and firing satisfying.
Animations and character models look great.
Only problem I had was I was stuck in a good business at the end with one happy employee making me lots of money. I missed the days of chaos and employees jumping to their doom ;)
Really well done.
The first time i saw an employee jump out of the window, it was so unexpected that i couldn't stop laughing LOL.
There were few times where the employees just got stuck near the door when they were trying to leave, just thought i should mention this.
I Also noticed that you can get away with just always pressing yes to everything, you don't really need to think that much.
Overall, i thought the game was funny, but needs some new features.
It is a really funny game and cool art and music. Really impressed what you did.
The employees do a good job of conveying personality with how you have used speech bubbles and it works well as an interaction mechanic. My only real criticism is that when employees start to wander speech bubbles can overlap and make clicking the thing you intended difficult.
Graphics are amazing and audio (while repetitive) fits the mood perfectly which is impressive.
Love the fact that you can kick people out and they just jump off the map haha.
Few bugs here and there such as idling at the door on their way out for a while and sometimes when you should've lost, you don't and you can't progress or lose. Days just stopped at 135 for me
I see a little bug (sometimes the employees can't move because they're blocked by others). But it's not a problem to play.
Other than a few bugs like that, the game is pretty awesome. I like the graphic style, I think it works well with the game. The workers are always surprising me; oops... one of them just jumped out the window.
Good work
Fun to be able to have a lot of control over what to do with the employees, but it seemed like as long as I did whatever it took to keep them working at their desks, it worked out for the best (even if they gave up and left I can just hire another) ...bit too real haha. Good job!
Thanks from the entire team. You guys rock!
PD: sometimes the workers get bugged when you tell them go back to work.
Fun idea!
Art style was cool and I liked the sound effects.
Just a little more depth to it and it would be even more better!
The graphics, sounds, and gameplay is spot on, awesome.
Would be great to add more to gameplay/balance - I made to the 3rd level by clicking only "ok" on every request. Maybe it would be cool if sometimes they would have some outrages request that you cannot accept and they are not sad that you didn't. Also, accepting some outrageous requests could make every other office member unhappy - why this guy is earning 3 times as much as I do? :)
Anyways, this is quality game, love it! :)
There wasn't a clear indication of what made you lose, however. Is it just being in the - for a certain period of time?
I got to level 5 in 234 days. Beat me!
Good entry even so.
Sometimes, a "worker" can't go to his desk. He is stuck with a chair, or a someone, but he continue to earn money ! So is not a blocking bug, but they can accumulate in one place.
Anyway, the game is fine and design is great ! GG !
