* From robots with love * is an asymetric party game.

From two to four players, fight for the control of the snow globe (which is kinda square somehow) to win the game! Keep it as long as possible. :robot:

* Controls * Use Xbox 360 controllers

Player shaking the box (blue robot starts) : * Use both sticks *

Players in the box: * A to jump * * B to grab the snow globe *

I'm sorry, can't play your game because I'm on a Mac. Let me know once/if you have the chance to port it over.

I could not check this game and rate in most categories, because controller is needed. Versatility is very important for games.

Awesome game! Just happened to find it while my friends were over yesterday, had a lot of fun with this one. Nice work!

I love couch co-op, and was really excited to see one on here! Played with a friend and had some fun, but I felt like randomness had a bigger impact than the controls. There may have been some input problems, as as the blue robot we only had slight control over the cube, not total. Overall a good concept and interesting idea. Thanks for your game!

Wow! It took us a while to see the globe, but once we understood it was pretty fun. Expanding on the concept could lead to something cool.
Rotating the globe (the fish tank?) around its centre would have been better, but hey, jam!

Nice graphics and friendly music.

Tip: With more visual feedbacks (when wining and losing) and control over the character, the game can become better, within the concept itself.

This is quite funny. Cool Idea to have the different roles.
But it seems to be a little unbalanced. When the controller of the snow globe turns it upside down it is no longer visible and the other players have no chanche.

I like the concept, but it's not very fun to play alone this game ) Ah, for some reasons when i choose robot the game gives me two of them and never show another in game, so, i play with 3 robots

Sadly I only have one 360 controller, otherwise I would play this. Looks fun though.

Really great concept w/ a light-hearted mood! The graphics and audio match the game perfectly.

It's nearly impossible to grab the snow globe if the player holding it moves and rotates it enough.

Interesting and funny entry! We also made a local multiplayer game - check it out! https://ldjam.com/events/ludum-dare/38/apocalypse-world-cup

My friend DDRKirby(ISQ) found some exploitable strategies! The player controlling the box can turn it in a way such that everything is off camera! It also is possible to get everything stuck in one corner, making it almost impossible to get the globe.

Overall REALLY fun game though!

You can really make it quite difficult or at least annoying and non-interactive to find the globe by either:

trapping the globe underneath furniture and abusing lighting to make everything hard to see:

Rotating the cube such that nothing relevant is in view:

Besides that, the game was pretty funny to play =P

Hi -- I couldn't get past the "press start" screen (using a 360 wired controller on Windows 10)
