DOOMSDAY LOVERS! combines the elements of visual novel and idler genre.

Chad is the only one that knows about the impending doomsday. He used to be a janitor at NASA when he found a secret report. It said that Earth will be destroyed by a giant asteroid. The estimated impact time - 7 days.

Knowing this, Chad set himself one goal - not to die alone!

Help Chad accumulate as many lovers as possible within 7 days. But beware! The more lovers Chad gets, the more information he has to remember. If you call your lover the wrong name then you will get dumped!

## Instructions

If necessary, zoom out your browser to see the entire game screen ("CTRL" + "-")

As long as the game is open, Chad will go about his daily tasks. His goal is to always have at least one lover until the end of the world. The current number of lovers is shown at the top right of the screen, right next to the heart icon. You can see how many days are remaining until the apocalypse arrives next to the little calendar on top left of the screen.

He can be interrupted at any moment by a call from his lover who may ask Chad a question. If Chad messes up his answer, he will be dumped! If you remember the information that the lovers have revealed previously, you should be able to answer correctly most of the time.

Chad’s daily activities can also be interrupted by text messages from his lovers. They will reveal new information about his lovers that you should try to remember.

When the day is over, he will go to the Bar. At the Bar, Chad can chose one person to go out with. That person will tell him his name and preferences in men. Keep this information in mind - it will be useful later!

Once Chad has selected, the day ends and he gets a new lover. Reach Day 0 with more than 0 lovers and you’re good to go! !

A funny game! The gameplay is simple but effective and engaging. The only thing that brings it down a little is the fact that most of the phrases are exactly the same between the girls/boys, which makes it a little predictable after a while.

Only bug I found is that it crashed when I got up to 6 lovers, for some reasons, and could not progress.

Overall a very fun game! I especially liked the humorous phrases that came with each activity.

Looks the part; interesting; feels unfinished ? like you spend a lot of time waiting, looking at progress bars, and it is unclear wether you actually have any interest in deleting a text.
Could go somewhere as it has the looks !

Thank you for your comment @trabitboy. Yes, it is unfinished. We lacked time to implement all game logic we wanted, but it feels like a game, which was initial goal. Waiting was implemented purposefully, because I wanted to experiment with visual novel/idler kind of game. :)
