"Hi! We are a small group that met on twitch, and this is the first game we're making for Ludum Dare. This is a Myst-like (aka we made no tutorial) dystopian adventure (aka no win condition). Only one person died in the making of this game. Enjoy!"

I see what you did there with the theme .) Very nice visually and audio-wise, very original. Does it have a victory condition? I managed to make one coin, and then die...

The victory condition is you get to live to make more coins, FOREVER! mwah ha ha. (a.k.a we didn't have time ) The plan was to have a race against time mechanic, where you would die on the counter reaching zero, and time added to that timer for each correct coin.

Uhm...guess you didn't quite finish this one? I really like the graphics and sounds/music, but I guess apart from making coins there is no further gameplay/goal? I like that you added a manual. Thanks

The scariest things in the game are the walls of text in the manual :) Graphics are quite good, I would probably light the scene a little bit more. Otherwise a solid entry!

Nice graphics and concept.
You can improve the beginning with a tutorial, like a job interview, for understand where is the interactions, and how to use forge.
You can also add a visual feedback on where to put objects, because the first ime I put plate under the melting cast

Felt dark and .. dystopian a little. Managed to follow the in game "manual" and some general knowledge to produce some coins (although the sizes are not documented, had to guess). Managed to create some coins, until I messed something. Overall, great dark implementation of the theme.

I like it. It was a little tough figuring out what to do at first but I think that is the point. Nice graphics and theme.

It's an interesting take on the theme. The lighting was a little too dark making it hard to see and most of the items has the same name making it difficult to know what is what. A tutorial would have been nice but other than that, it's a fun game that I enjoyed.

Cool atmosphere, and I liked all the effects and animations for the stages of crafting. A great alternative approach to a super restrictive theme. Nice work!

I really liked playing this game! Liked the dark mood but sometimes it was a bit hard to see, music was great, sound effects as well. Sadly couldn't figure out how to do plated coins and alloys. Managed a Koala and that was it so a tutorial on the forge would have been good. Also a little bug - coming down from the initial pathway right next to the wall I was able to walk on the wall above the lamps. Otherwise great game!
