I see that this is your first game: **welcome to Ludum Dare, and congratulations on completing your project in 3 days!**

Please remember that to get a score at the end of Ludum Dare you'll need to have rated around 20-25 other games! You currently have rated none... Check out the [Games list](https://ldjam.com/events/ludum-dare/44/games)!

### My review of your game

An infinite runner with multiple lanes is an interesting concept, but I'm finding that understanding exactly which lane the coin is in is pretty hard... Maybe use colors to distinguish between the lanes, instead of coins of different values?

The shop items are extremely expensive... There's no way I'm going to be able to afford any of them in a reasonable time... I've earned $6 in 10 minutes, I'd need to play for 4 hours to afford the first power up ($150)... I think that $1, $3, $6 and $12 would be better.

Also, please mark your game as "for Windows" on itch.io, so it can be downloaded on the itch app! :)

Great tagline! "You are coin. Get more coin. Coin is love, coin is life. Upgrade to coin better" For those who are completionists, there's something here for you. You'll be playing for quite a long while before you get any of the shop upgrades! I think there's a whimsy and a simplicity in how the theme was incorporated into this game, it's very pure. You are literally currency, and your whole life revolves around currency. Some of the currency could definitely be worth more so shop purchases can actually be made in our human lifetime. Cool game, simple concept, challenging. 3.5 overall score!

Incredibly grindy, more coin variance with something more than pennies and quarters would be welcomed to speed up gameplay

Nice entry! I like the idea and the main gameplay mechanics, but they could've been implemented in a more user-friendly way. The jumping seems slow and drawn out, and while not bad necessarily I think giving the player more controllable jumps would've made the game more interesting. Allowing the player to move the coin left and right would help them to better avoid the enemies too. I feel like a lot of people are going to mention this, but the upgrades are way too expensive. I do like how there's a bank system where your money can accumulate between rounds, but if they earn $3 a round and can't upgrade until $150 then hardly any players are ever going to see the upgrades. The game fits the theme well and does everything else pretty well though, so good job on that
