was a little hard to understand that i could by better score with my life and the instructions zoomed by to fast otherwise nice looking.

Oh, and the tutorial, the scrolling starts too soon, I had to restart the game 3 times to read it all.

Cool little game, but I feel like the theme is a little bit of a miss. (If you missed the explanation, you couldn't really tell from the game itself, outside of that the skills reduced the amount of time you had). That said, it's a small and fun game with pretty cool graphics.

This game's graphics, UI, and gameplay is really awesome, it was really fun to play. I know that there were time management issues and that led you to only build 3 levels, this would be a lot more fun with more levels. Also, I really like the idea of speedrunning and having a stopwatch.

As everyone else said - the tutorial scrolls by way too fast! I got the hang of what was going on pretty quickly though. The upgrades being just icons also confused me for a moment - the double jump made sense, the shield too, but I still had no idea what the first one did. The gameplay is very meatboy-esque, which I'm not a big fan of, but you executed it pretty well. Overall, the game could use a lot more text, because the icons don't do the job well enough, as well as a tutorial that doesn't scroll on its own.

Really cool concept. Power-ups adds a lot of new possibilities to speedrunning a game. I have really fun time playing this entry. I would just add more levels, because 3 can be boring after a while. Anyway, Great job!

Wow, amazing that you could build this within 12h! I love all those subtle animations. The character and the canons are lovely. I also like the screen transitions.
