Some technical points. The roads exhibit a lot of z-fighting, i.e they flicker due to being too close to the ground. The GUI isn't super clear about constructing buildings. Basically it should show a grayed out button for buying a house with the price show too. In fact the price should be visible at all times. It is important information.
I do like using the road network and the traffic lights for competitive antics. The opponent has a direct route to a workplace? Add an intersection or two to force them to deal with the traffic lights. Then add a house next to theirs so any traffic optimization they do also benefit you.
Cool idea, but making an AI would have been a better use of dev time I think.
Other than that, I thought the graphics looked pleasant, colourwise. The music was okay; very minimalistic and didn't really work for a game of this demeanour. It needs more of that traffic/city vibe to it. Sound effects for the cars, making money at the workplace, etc, would also be great. I didn't see any players when I played, but I might try to play this with my team later.

All right, I tried to join a multiplayer game with a teammate and me, but it says the game ends in 47 minutes. So we have to wait an hour? How do we ensure we're actually playing with or against each other?
@huvaakoodia Yeah! Keeping the housing option, but having it grayed out is a great suggestion!
@random-storykeeper, One needs to click on the work place in order to collect the money. Otherwise it will just sit there. =P Your feedback on the audio is duly noted. Mmm ... The server assigns teams in an alternating fashion. The larger of the two score indicators in the upper left hand corner indicates your team color. So if you and your friend see a different color as a larger color, then you're on opposite teams. You can just play even if the game is already part way through -- you don't really need to wait for a new game. We were hoping there would be enough of the potential for the game to swing that one still has a fighting chance even if some time has been lost. =)
I liked the simple graphics, reminded me a bit of Minimetro.
