Game Tips

Enemies usually drop stuff, like batteries, which gives you some energy.

But they can also drop bonuses (spheres), whom will cost you energy so don't abuse them !

Here's the list of each one :

Blue sphere : the shield, will give you a temporary protection from your enemies attacks, will cost 5 of your energy

Yellow sphere : a multiplier, raise temporarily the amount of energy that your enemy drop (can be cumulated), will cost 10 of your energy

RED sphere : hypermod, for a short amount of time, using capacities will cost you NOTHING, so use it to obliterate your enemies ! will cost 10 of your energy

All assets ( Arts and Musics ) were made from the team during the jam, only the SFXs were found online.!

Hey there! Move control is pretty smooth and pleasing, but hit boxes were quite unprecise, leading to often die because of not reaching the unit targeted. I also had a pretty hard time to figure out what was my life and where it's displayed. Other than that, pretty fun little game, congrats!

Good work team!
After some rework on balancing about IA with the big enemy and better hitboxes, it can become a good game to put on steam :)

The hitboxes were a major problem for me, but the overall feel of the game is quite nice, player movement in particular was great. I also loved the hand painted textures with 3d art style. I was a little confused at first on what I was supposed to d, even after reading the instructions - but I was able to figure it out after dying a few times.

The audio doesn't leave enough clues to tell you that you're about to die or taking damage.

Really cool game - seems like a lot of people have been working on this. To get more ratings, you would need to test an rate other peoples games, so your game appears higher on the list. If you all test about 3 games a day, this could very easily win!

Almost everything about this game is great. It's all on point. My only issue is the "locked" icon on the skills. It feels like I can't press them, but when I do they unlock anyway. Might be better to change this icon to eliminate this confusion. Or perhaps as soon as you get the life needed, change the icon. Flash it once or something to emphasise that you can use it. Maybe some extra visual feedback "on hit" to give the player confidence that what they're doing is having an effect on the enemies too.

It's a great game though, you've all done incredibly well

Nice work on the visuals; this looks pretty slick.

The controls felt difficult though. I'm playing with a mouse and keyboard, and so I wanted to attack in the direction of my cursor, rather than move my character to face that way before attacking. It's also pretty easy to fall off of the world because of how fast everything moves.

I could see this becoming a fun action game. Keep it up.
