I had fun: lasted for about 40 years. Maybe the heroes are a little to tough, and the population does't seem to change in spite of your action.

Good work

Neat idea, diggin the Thanos vibes and the One Punch Heroes. The graphics are great. The controls were a bit unwieldy, I kept finding myself stuck running backwards. Also it really needs some sound fx, the chunky graphics would really sing with some good sounds.
Good job!

I quit after some ~70 years because the cities seemed to grow faster that I destroyed them so I could not eradicate the population, but it was nice ; quite hard for a azerty keyboard though but can't put the blame on you ; it could also compete for the "You're the main villain" theme.
Well done

Fun and frantic gameplay with great graphics. Fits the theme and has several very nice game mechanics. The controls felt a little odd, though - but that doesn't take away much from the overall impression.
Nice!

Interestingly it has a lot of superficial similarities with our LD38 entry: https://ldjam.com/events/ludum-dare/38/planetary-revolt

Great game, like the "meta" reading of the theme, haha. Going for several abilities is actually something we like to go for in game jams ourselves, so props for that. :3 I like the unusual "3D yet 3/4" or something perspective and graphics overall. The game was a tad difficult, but I bet that's because I accidentally bumped into two emerald heroes and fought them simultaneously. :D

If I were to suggest anything, I'd give some other simple ability to use from the start, like a simple AoE spin or anything really; that way the beginning would be more engaging, besides, RMB is free anyways with LMB being required. But even without it the game is full of content for a jam, and I know how hard it is to cram everything you want into three days of development - been there, done that. You probably had tons of ideas on what else to include yourselves, so I'll say this again - it's a really nice game, well done, guys!

Fun isn't something one considers when balancing the universe. But this... does put a smile on my face.

great game, had a lot of fun playing it

When I start the game, after the tutorial page, I only see a black background with a progress bar at the top and a label in the upper left corner that say "Years Balanced X" and X increases over the time, but the screen stays black.

Very good idea, nice graphics, the attack could use some work, like being able to chain multiple attacks. Also, I feel like the heroes are too easy to beat and maybe more heroes spawning once you get the stones would be a nice idea. Overall great game, I had fun playing it.

This is awesome! It feels really polished. I like how fun it felt to beat up people and buildings. I did feel "balancing" was too easy, so I made it my mission to get population to 0. That seemed way more difficult (is it even possible??), so I played until I gave up at around 134 years. The UI graphics seem a little buggy. In full-screen mode, the labels under the gems are cut-off and the labels showing "Population" seems to move around occasionally and get cut-off sometimes.

Wow! This is very good! Nice graphics, nice gameplay, nice sound, you used Saitama... :id:

Best thing is that you reach long gameplay time with little elements. Congratulations :)

I won! I guess I lasted long enough that the population meter just [disappeared?](https://i.imgur.com/vz5uFDS.png)

Excellent entry, the 3D is soooo good. The animation and FX are superbs too, and the music is catchy!
Punching innocent people to oblivion is also extremely fun. The game is way too easy though, I kept the "balance" (and by that I mean population was under 15% at all time) for 150 years and got bored so I let the heroes kill me.

The heroes are stupid (and I know it's a game jam, balancing enemies is hard) but they are also way too weak. I had to let them all gang up on me without moving and it took them 10 seconds to kill me. The fact that you regain all your life and that the difficulty doesn't scale up is a problem.

I hope you fix this for a postjam version, I really enjoyed playing your game! :)

Played to aout 150 years. Really love the game. Especially all of those little inofficial references to infinity wars and other hero movies and shows.
Love the small planet games, one of my favourite formats.
The only thing is, it got repetitive after I figured out that the easyest way to success was to just quickly mow down the bosses, which was not hard, and then use the space bar ability. So rasing the difficulty and/or maybe letting the game have a win situation like getting the population to 5% would make it even better. Maybe introduce a highscore board or something

Fun Game! It was a little tough to maneuver sometimes where the character was going the opposite direction or just didn't change directions. Had a laugh to understand the idea behind it which we all know it relates to a certain bad guy. great job guys! :D

Cool concept!
Although the Time Emerald could be something more destructive.
All the shakings give me a little headache :P
The animation could have been much better if there's more punching animation: alternating punches, hook, uppercut...
