I’d love for you to review my submission as well.

I agree with some of the other comments. With three columns to be aware of, seems like a little too much that the cone slides side to side, makes you more focused on the right of the screen that anywhere else.
Game is cool though, the art is amazing. Good work :)
I really liked, Good job
PD: Me ha alegrado saber que también pueden salir juegos buenos de la comunidad hispana.
Gameplay is challeging yet addicting! Music and sfx is also top notch.
Great game!
Nice art and sound!
Very good job
Its really difficut at the beginning but as i understood the mechanic it got really amazing.
Really goot work here.
Also love the graphics a lot.

Here's our game : https://ldjam.com/events/ludum-dare/41/blocksnblaster-1
I really hated the erratic driving of the customers, the little stop, start they do at each cycle pushes the difficulty over the edge for me, already so much to think about!
Gameplay-side, it really is a great mashup, and an addictive one ! It has all the juice I expect from a retro action game, and the difficulty seems balanced enough (I went through some trouble, but I'm really bad at this kind of stuff). Great work !
PS : I clicked on "play" before seeing there was a tutorial... And here I thought it was kind from the game to ask if I was truly ready... I chuckled after pressing "no" !
Good job !
Overall, though, this is really polished and looks great, especially for a jam! Great job!
Very hard!!!
I left my rating of your game, if you can leave your feedback in our game, Witch's Escape.

Thank you so much for sharing your game. It is very polished and was quite fun. The pace was very frantic and beyond the large amounts of 3 ice creams that came in the beginning it was nice. There is so much going on that I had to play a few times just to understand everything. I thought I had to make the ice cream in order, and I often missed getting the ice cream on the cone because I didn't line it up properly. I felt like my choices were make ice cream or drive, and couldn't really do both, but hey that is why this mashup is incompatible.
I've only seen high quality games like this from professionals, so I can only imagine what you will be publishing in the next few years.
Please reply with your studio name once it is formed :smile_cat:

It's always great to play something with a vaporwave theme, but to see something like it made so perfectly and during a jam? This is some pro work. Great tunes and incredible sprites.
The game itself is very good. Glitch free, very polished, and all works as it's intended to do. Mind that I'm really bad at multitasking, so I could never get good high scores. Having to select and time to get the good ice creams while dodging incoming traffic and having to aim the things at incoming cars is extremely intense. Overwhelming, but the good kind of intense.
All in all, this is one of the most polished entries of the jam so far. The team did an incredible work. Good job! [My team](twitter.com/whalesandgames) would like to see more from you in the future. Cheers! :whale:
Very good work !
I agree with some others that even hitting the cars with the ice cream was difficult because they move so sporadically. If they moved a little smoother I think it would add a lot to the game.
I also thought it would be nice if the ice cream cone was always under the dispenser on the beat or something. So if you knew what you were doing and could keep track of what you were dispensing you could load orders without looking to the right. Maybe that would take away from the experience you were trying to create, but I found myself wanting that while I was playing.
Nicely done! Great music also, even if it was simple.
EDIT - wait, I just read the instructions and saw you can change music! Nice!
