For the sake of critical feedback, I'd suggest more of a delay between when the bomb turns red and when it explodes, but that's really just a nitpick.

Great entry, fitting the theme really well and super polished for a compo submission. Mechanics are pretty clever mechanics: seemingly simple, but there's more to them, adding some more depth.
