Happy to know you were able to make your submission in time this time! That's the spirit. Your game might not be great this time but sure is a improvement from your last try, don't you agree? Keep doing this, one step at a time and you're going to get really good at this.

While the game is not much, it looks to be a good start for a first time entry.
Keep at it. Each game will be a bit easier to make and better to play as you gain experience.
