Always nice to see other Godot devs. If you have time, you should definently try fleshing this out a bit more. Also, props for including a Linux build! One thing that would get more people to play it is building for html5 as well.","likes":1,"format":"md"},{"author_name":"Impossible Realms","author_uid":"1002215","time":"2018-04-24T02:35:43Z","epoch":1524537343,"modified":1524537343,"text":"@wsKilljoy Hey, thanks for that tip! This is easy\"\n\nMe, after about 5 seconds: \"Hey, where are you going?\"\n\nMe, after a couple minutes: *click, click, click, click, click* oh crap, slow down!\n\nThis was fun. One suggestion I would have is to have a visual indicator of a hit on enemies that take more than one click. The audio indication is good, but a visual one would help too.","likes":1,"format":"md"},{"author_name":"madxmd","author_uid":"1014289","time":"2018-04-24T15:59:47Z","epoch":1524585587,"modified":1524585587,"text":"I thought this would be an easy game, I was wrong ","likes":1,"format":"md"},{"author_name":"Impossible Realms","author_uid":"1002215","time":"2018-04-25T14:47:05Z","epoch":1524667625,"modified":1524667625,"text":"@jharler Thank you for the helpful suggestion! Quieter sound effects and a score displayed at the end would have improved this game a lot.\n\nI admire your commitment to a several-minute song. A lot of Ludum games I've played this time around have claimed to be rhythm games but offered only a 20 second loop. Yours delivers, both musically and in terms of a pretty long scripted level.\n\nThere's not a lot else to say about this game. The mechanics are solid, simple, and fairly engaging. There's a good amount of visual and audio feedback when you hit something (though as mentioned, the sound effects drown out the music, so maybe tone them down a bit). I can't complain. Good work.","likes":1,"format":"md"}],"format":"md","images":["ld41\/80208-cf0237317a8671a0b641a2cd84c16193.png"],"links":[{"url":"https:\/\/www.dropbox.com\/s\/yuo8nev3dukihfc\/Windows.zip?dl=0","text":"Windows"},{"url":"https:\/\/www.dropbox.com\/s\/c57xt4u4esh91da\/Linux.tar.xz?dl=0","text":"Linux"},{"url":"https:\/\/www.dropbox.com\/s\/cc498eexias0lnh\/Mac.zip?dl=0","text":"macOS"},{"url":"https:\/\/www.dropbox.com\/s\/9h02iv874prgvb9\/Rhythm%20Massacre.zip?dl=0","text":"Source code"},{"url":"https:\/\/impossiblerealms.itch.io\/rhythm-massacre","text":"HTML5 (web)"},{"url":"https:\/\/discord.gg\/KV3cGkF","text":"Other (web)"}],"metadata":{"g_key":"51664","g_author":"1002215","g_event":"LD41","g_eventkey":"72","g_subevent":"COMPO","g_urlkey":"235558","g_title":"Rhythm Massacre","g_status":"USEAR3","g_place":"99999","g_commentcount":"7","g_site2_node_id":"80208","g_hide":"N","g_has_icon":"Y","g_rqueue":"0","g_random":"0"},"nds":{"n_key":"80208","n_urlkey":"235558","n_parent":"73256","n_path":"\/events\/ludum-dare\/41\/rhythm-massacre","n_slug":"rhythm-massacre","n_type":"item","n_subtype":"game","n_subsubtype":"compo","n_author":"2215","n_created":"1524054613","n_modified":"1524445096","n_version":"248096","n_status":"COMMIT"},"node":{"id":80208,"parent":73256,"superparent":9,"author":2215,"type":"item","subtype":"game","subsubtype":"compo","published":"2018-04-22T23:49:38Z","created":"2018-04-18T12:30:13Z","modified":"2018-04-23T00:58:16Z","version":248096,"slug":"rhythm-massacre","name":"Rhythm Massacre","body":"Rhythm Massacre is a Rhythm-based Shooting Gallery\/Rail Shooter game.
