I loved the atmosphere, aesthetic and audio (which reminded me of Stranger Things!). I didn't finish it in the end but I enjoyed what I played. I would suggest signposting which item I'm switching to and there were a couple of cases where the screen faded to black just as some new text appeared which I didn't have time to read.

Really well done, the graphics and sound were strong, and I didn't find any bugs. I wasn't a huge fan of the gameplay, I know the ridiculous puzzles are a staple of adventure games, but it was really hard to tell what might help with what, which led me to just trying everything. For what it is though, it's put together so nicely, with great polish and a fun story. Thanks for building this game!

The extreme pixelation makes it a bit hard to see what is going on, but otherwise a fine adventure-style game with a disincentive to mesh every combination of objects together with the power level. Because of that it would have been fine to carry more than one item, though. Good entry.

I felt that the game, while short, was really fun, and the graphics, while simplistic, still fit the game well and looked very nice. The music and lighting really fit the game's foreboding atmosphere. I felt that the puzzles were fairly intuitive, except for the child lock and the hydrolysis. I also had some minor difficulty climbing down the stairs.

Overall, a very fun and short experience that I wouldn't mind seeing expanded upon in the future.

Really great game. I had a lot of fun with it! The story was interesting, the art was great, and I enjoyed the gameplay. I got stuck a couple of times, but made it through in the end--though mostly through trial and error. It would be good if you put a walkthrough somewhere. Still, fantastic work.

First of all, thank you for this game. :-) I liked the overall ambiance of the game.

I agree with Aircraft Terrier above that it was a bit hard in general to understand what was going on, especially with the pixelation. There was one or two cases where I had to try random items to try to get a result (I'm still not entirely sure I understand what the toothbrush did, but I know I used it?). There were others I picked up on right away, like vacuuming the dust and using that on the canvas (?) to reveal the writing. I never ran out of power though, so I guess it didn't matter in the end as far as getting through to the end. :-)

Welp. This was an absolute blast. Incredibly good-looking, great sound, fun game-play and mechanics. The threat of the energy bar made me have to think carefully about what I was doing and how logical an action was. You guys gotta do more stuff like this.

I'm a very big fan of adventures games. I love the mood of this one, the pixelated art, the ambiant music, and the idea of limited time. I find all the puzzles not so hard yet not so easy, I think this is a very great entry for a game jam, so well done, I would love more of this kind! Thank you for that game. :)

It's a simple game, but it's catchy, the art it's very cool, the sound is great too, I love it!

I'm honestly envious of how much mileage you get from such simple looking art. The animations were fantastic

- graphics - small pixelart really excites the imagination
- mood + music - claustrophobic and creepy, kept me on my tows throughout
- writing - was excellent!
- puzzle design - great! I love adventure games, and this was a good one!

Dislikes:
- the limited energy felt a little bit tacked-on and not really necessary

A great entry, one of the best I've played! Full marks from me!
