Game-play mechanics

Structures Each structure has a blue power bar, which is depleted when performing actions or repairing itself. Charge a structure up by walking up to it and repeatedly pressing the action key.

Drill The drill gathers resources for building a second drill or building and upgrading turrets. Resources are displayed underneath the HQ building.

Turrets The turrets fire on enemies in range. Enemies will also attack the turret when fired upon. If the turret’s red heath bar drops to zero it will be destroyed and a new one will have to be built.

HQ The HQ must be protected at all costs. It will use its power to repair itself, but if it’s red health bar drops to zero the game is over.

Upgrading Turret fire rate can be upgraded up to level 5. Between enemy waves an icon will appear below each turret along with the cost of the upgrade. Stand on the icon and press the action button to purchase the upgrade.

Building The cost of building is displayed at each vacant hard point. To build or replace a turret or build the second drill, walk to the relevant hard point and press the action key.

Enemies Enemies will be spawned in waves of increasing numbers. They can only be destroyed by turrets, so keep them charged!

Neat game, I just had issues seeing the hit% and energy% in the web player.

Good graphics and I liked the music and soundFX. The enemy behaviour was also pretty well done. I would have liked some more feedback about what my character actually was doing when I was running around spamming shift.

Your game was very fun! I will be honest, it took me a minute to figure out what I was doing and how to actually play the game. When you are player one, having shift for shoot enabled my sticky keys. Even when I turned them off/on it still popped up. Maybe change the build/heal button for player one to be space or something like that for those of us with sticky keys?

Great game!

Nice game. I love the graphics and the gameplay was also solid. (Altho the collision was a little but funky) but overall a really good game. Well done!

It's pretty hard to see what's going on and the collision detection is kinda strange. Also, I'm not exactly sure but I think the upgrades cost money and the same button upgrades as well as repairs and recharges which meant that I upgraded stuff I didn't want to upgrade :-/. Otherwise, solid game. A good take on tower defense.

The health/energy bars were really small so I couldn't see them that well. I never managed to build anything as I spent everything on keeping things working. The game itself is pretty good and the graphics look great.

Its a little confused in the first time, the health bar were small and it took me a while to figure out what should be done. But is a nice game, good job.

The controls feels a bit non-intuitive so I couldn't figure out how to play it properly for a while. On the bright side music is great!

Took a while to figure out what was going on, and had to bump up the WebGL window size to make it readable. Good work though.

Great to see a game with multiplayer for LD. Some pretty fun ideas in there as well!

I like how the game looks and sounds, and the local multiplayer is pretty cool. Took a while to get what I was supposed to do, but other than that, cool game.

Cool extension of the tower defense genre. Quite difficult, I made it to 184 seconds.

It took me some time to understand what the drills were, but after a while I started to get a hang of the game. Too bad you can only build in predetermined locations.

I love the feeling that you have to run around and keep everything going. I just think that the power of the drills and the turrets gets used up too fast. You never have the feeling that you have things under control. I think it would be better if for the first few waves everything went fine and you had things under control, and only slowly over time things would get out of hand.

The controls of the character don't always feel "tight" (I only tried single player). Especially when you bumb in to corners you kind of get stuck in a weird way. Also it's not always clear what you are interacting with, especially with the turret upgrades.

When I have some weird audio glitches (Google Chrome, on a new notebook), especially when go in fullscreen mode.

Overall, very cool game mechanics. Music is also very good. And impressive that you were able to make a 2-player game!
