Sacrifice Trail is an apocalyptic survival game where you're escaping from the fallout of a nuclear blast. You're already sick and your car is damaged. You have to head east to the escape. On your way you will have to grab supplies in order to make it to the end.

You will start the game heading east and you will pass gas stations. You can choose to loot them and pick items you like to use now or later on. It's fairly straight forward. Don't get caught in the radiation circle or you will take damage.
