As the title suggests, this game is quite chill. I really enjoyed myself actually, what a neat and relaxing game. I even learned some stuff!

A very good graphic aspect, I love the mix of the images with the border. The experience was pretty relaxing and I learned some new things about nasty birds.

The graphics are super cool. I love the sort of educational scrapbook vibe. A really clever aesthetic for a gamejam.

I also appreciated the realism and carefully researched bird facts. This is probably a game people should play before they go on forest walks.

Very sweet game! And I loved the music, I'm a sucker for acoustic guitar. But next time I see a tern, I will turn around and hide. Don't feel like getting my brains pecked out!? :scream: Not sure how it ties into the theme though? Maybe I'm missing something? Some minor bugs, like white-tailed eagle info not coming when touching the bird etc. Very cool and Congrats on your first game ! :smile:

@angelnm @jakobthequizguy Thank you!

@ian-kettlewell Thank you! The only thing is, these birds are actually not forest birds (besides the eagle), but it just seemed more cozy to make it into a forest walk ;)

@rolle Thank you! I will tell Dylan, who played the guitar. And the sacrifice was the sweet cow you had to kill to get out of the forest. Thanks for the feedback :)

Ah, the old sacrifice-the-cow-trick, I see! :smile: Broke my heart to kill that cow in the forest, but s/he's in a better place now. In the eagles stomach. :eagle: :cow:

Congrats on finishing your first game! I really had a good time playing this. Love the aesthetics of it, I've never seen anything like this before! The music is also really good, I love it when people use real instruments in their jam game music.

Keep on jamming and RIP :cow: :cry:

It's an interesting gameidee, you have. The graphics are simple, but understandable. The music is very chill, and the athmosphere is not very brutally. Good Work!

I liked how @ian-kettlewell described it as "scrapbook", that's exactly what it's like! Cute graphics! Definitely a nice, chill game :) I learned a few things and had fun!

I love the mix of nature with the sacrifices theme 😍. A very innovative theme for your game which is relaxing, a puzzle and you have to make some harsh decisions 😲.

Nice atmosphere game. It made me smile, even I had to do some heartbreaking sacrifice.
Good job here, especially for a first !

I love the look of this game. :) Music is very relaxing too.

I would say that maybe either the play space is too small or my character avatar is too big, though. Avoiding some of the obstacles required some pretty precise line-ups (or at least, more precise than I would expect from a chill game like this).

Other than that, I really enjoyed the bird facts. :) It's clear that you have a passion/deep interest in the subject matter, and it shows!
