EDIT: Our download link was broken, and our game crashed when you tried to go to the store. We have fixed the following things in our post jam version. We would still like feed-back, thanks.

UPDATES:

*Fixed download link (one of team members thought it was a good idea to delete everything off the drive, luckily we had offline backups)

*Fixed crash when going to gas station store (some code ended up getting duplicated somehow and there was some code from another game crammed in the project folder as well >.< )

*Fixed crash when game over (a flag was not being reset, so it continuously tried to reload the scene)

*Fixed resolution issue where buttons and HUD disappeared off screen (canvases were not correctly set up - if the title screen is blurry, please use options to adjust your resolution)

*Re-added the music and sfx as .mp3 (sadly this means they lost some quality from the .wav format, but the game loads faster)

*Added text for game over screen (THIS WAS WRITTEN AND ART ALTERED POST JAM now it does not just bump you back to title)

*Added art for health indicator (THIS WAS DRAWN POST JAM)

HOOK: Jackie and Bill are on a cross-country endurance race. Avoid obstacles while managing fuel and mood to gain more sponsors. Upgrade your RV and buckle up for the ride!

DESCRIPTION: RV Having Fun Yet?! Bill and Jackie's Race Across America is a hybrid Resource-Management/Endless Runner where two people are being sponsored as they drive cross-country in an RV. You control the RV, dodging obstacles, while also managing Bill and Jackie's stamina, hunger, and... bladder.

Or at least, that was the plan! Unfortunately, we were unable to complete our entry. So it's been reworked to just be playable as an endless runner (3 hits, and you lose). We're hoping to release a post-jam version with various fixes, but for now, maybe just enjoy the art and music? ;p

CONTROLS:

Arrows - steer RV A,D - walk around inside RV E - interact with items inside RV (E to swap drivers) Q - Stop at Gas Station
