Nice simple two player game! Weird spin on reversi/Othello!

Interesting idea, nice to see a game that's so easy to understand, but has a lot of depth to.
it mostly resulted in empty tiles, but I ended up figuring out ways to force gems which was fun.
Really clean and polished!

THIS is interesting! I've never seen this set of mechanics (with any theme on top). Is it unique? I played against myself and ... well ... won, I guess. :smirk: It feels like there's enough of an interesting game here to grab a friend, sit down, and try to hone a set of strategies. That's the highest praise I can offer any LD game. Well done!

This is a really smart one, good innovation on the puzzle mechanics. The board and score can change quite drastically once the board starts to fill up which adds to a sense of tension. I think there's room to expand on the mechanics to give it a bit more depth.

Hm I had to play it alone and really couldn't judge the aspect fun for this game, but I can imagine that it could turn out like a good tactic game. Reminds me a bit of Tic Tac Toe.
A KI would have been really nice so you can play against the computer, but I guess that's not so easy.
I like the graphic and the sound effect an the overall idea

Really cool! I don't know if it is an existing boardgame, but if it's not thanks for creating it! Obviously some more work on music and sound would be a plus but other than that I have nothing to say. Very good game!

I like the depth you create with those simple rules. Played it with my wife, and we had a good time thinking about how to make the other loose more than how to create new gems. Totally found the theme here! ;)

A simple concept that feels like it has a lot of potential for interesting scenarios. I liked that it was not only about getting gems of your own color but also about taking the other player's gems out of the picture. Definitely fit the theme; great job!

@netguy204 @qkerguelen It is an original concept, as far as we know. The mechanics would be cumbersome in a traditional board game.

Thanks everyone for the comments so far!

If I had another player with me to play this game, I would have loved it. Overall, I liked it.
