CATS! - The More You Have, The Worse It Is!

Simple game. Run from the horde, get to the exit, avoid (or shake off) the strays.

You can run left and right (left and right keys respectively). You can jump (Space bar). You can duck (down key).

If you get close to stray cats they latch on to you and slow you down. Shake them off by tapping left and right keys in rapid succession.

Pretty fun game. Needs some polish in the graphics department (I used a sprite from an open sprite repository for my player character, hence why I'm submitting this game in the Jam rather than the Compo). More variation could be added with well designed levels to navigate and by having the horde coming from different directions (more verticality would be super fun).

Due to time constraints, I will only submit a Linux (x64) version of the binary. Works with Arch.
