The controls are really tricky. A bit more responsive input would be awesome but maybe that is because I was using Chrome?

Cool concept but yeah, the input could be a bit more responsive.
It felt like I'm on ice and it was easier to score with swinging left and right, wall to wall, than by playing it concentrated,

Yeah, I realize I needed to work on the controls. I think a bit of damping of acceleration maybe?

604? I got much higher scores during the time there was a bug in the score system 😃 Ha ha.
Spotted that just before release!

It's fun when you freakin' launch a brick out of the level. It would be nice to have more control with a mouse. (Have the block go to whatever horizontal position the mouse is at)
Which would make it too easy, but you could add more complex goals like trying to keep a brick bouncing as long as possible or something like that.

I actually wanted to make a combo system, where multiple bounces would get more points. And a "juggler" achievement for alternate multi-bouncing 2 bricks. But I was too tired and lazy and my eyes hurt from looking at a screen all weekend! That's also why no audio.

I was constantly hoping I could bounce those bricks I hit off screen. Or hoping maybe the bricks would break upon impacting with the board. I just felt unfair when they end up fill the bottom when I do hit them. I feel like I needed more reward for hitting them than just +1 score.

Maybe add some brick crusher in the middle where players can(with carefully aimed bounce)throw brick to be destroyed. That would be very satisfying. In the future you could add some sound effects and maybe some camera shake when brick gets crushed for extra satisfaction.

Anyways, congratz on getting game done in such a sort time!

Great game! Love the concept and you did a good job on scoping it out properly =). Would love to have had some sound!

Very cool concept, reverse brick breaker is quite fun! I think speeding up the bricks even more as the level progressed (so you could have say, 10-20 bricks flying in the air at all times) would be an awesome addition!

Great job!

Great concept. It's infuriating to get a bunch juggling only to all fall back in because another collides and separates them all.

The concept is very nice and the idea goes very well with the theme. The only (kind of) problem that I found is the speed of the platform that you control. Sometimes I couldn't adjust it with precision because of that. Also, I would have loved some sound effects when hitting the brick or something. Maybe going as far as adding a little "home run" when you send the bricks flying away to give the player a bit of reward. Good job overall !

Speed of the platform is the only issue that i found otherwise good game overall.

I agree with the recent comments — I like the concept of reverse brick breaker overall, but the controls felt very sensitive to me and it was difficult to get the paddle where I wanted it.
