Definitely fit the theme well, and I enjoyed the gameplay (simple as it was).\n\nMy biggest criticism is that it was hard to get my bearings with such a zoomed-in viewport. Especially with respect to remembering where I had already been in the maze. It would be awesome if the character left behind some little breadcrumbs to remind me where I had been\n\nOverall though, a very nice game :)","likes":0,"format":"md"},{"author_name":"WillData","author_uid":"1043087","time":"2017-08-19T22:03:36Z","epoch":1503180216,"modified":1503180216,"text":"Ok so I have a few notes on this one:\n\nThe sound was a bit repetitive and some simple pitch shifting could alleviate this issue a tad.\n\nI ended up with so many crystals by the second level's end that I spent the rest of the game running over mines because I was so incredibly charged. I would say add an upper bound like 100 charge to help increase the difficulty.\n\nNext up, I think energy depletion might be better from being time based, forcing the player to move to find energy rather than simply mapping out where all the energy crystals are and grabbing them.\n\nFinally, I think the end of the level should be locked off until all of the crystals are collected.","likes":0,"format":"md"}],"format":"md","images":["ld39\/44328-73d14c8ebd43711281acd1ce41ac6b0c.png"],"links":[{"url":"https:\/\/pacificyost.itch.io\/chargie-the-bot","text":"HTML5 (web)"}],"metadata":{"g_key":"47508","g_author":"1007181","g_event":"LD39","g_eventkey":"74","g_subevent":"COMPO","g_urlkey":"245508","g_title":"Chargie the Bot","g_status":"USEAR3","g_place":"99999","g_commentcount":"3","g_site2_node_id":"44328","g_hide":"N","g_has_icon":"Y","g_rqueue":"0","g_random":"0"},"nds":{"n_key":"44328","n_urlkey":"245508","n_parent":"32802","n_path":"\/events\/ludum-dare\/39\/chargie-the-bot","n_slug":"chargie-the-bot","n_type":"item","n_subtype":"game","n_subsubtype":"compo","n_author":"7181","n_created":"1501459034","n_modified":"1501523944","n_version":"118644","n_status":"COMMIT"},"node":{"id":44328,"parent":32802,"superparent":9,"author":7181,"type":"item","subtype":"game","subsubtype":"compo","published":"2017-07-31T00:13:56Z","created":"2017-07-30T23:57:14Z","modified":"2017-07-31T17:59:04Z","version":118644,"slug":"chargie-the-bot","name":"Chargie the Bot","body":"Keep Chargie charged.
