Dusk Spirits by Tinamil
3D animation based sword combat because I wanted to learn how to do Dark Souls style combat.

The camera is strange, the combat feels okay.
With some polishing this game could become something amazing!

The boss will just roll at you and occasionally send smaller faster weaker versions of himself at you. About the only way to fight him right now is to do hit and run, or just realize that you are actually invincible and tank his damage until he dies.
Other than that, I feel like the controls could use a _lot_ of work - it feels really slow to me. I didn't beat the boss because of the crash, didn't want to try again because I lost about 5 minutes of my lunch break to it, didn't want to waste time that could be used playing other games! I'll give it another go with the windows build when I get home.
This game reminds me of the old classic Die by the sword in the way you swing your weapon. Less like an action game and more like a fighting simulator. That's a plus in my book.
The music is really quite good too.
Overall cool entry :) Keep coding :)
Good luck, Don't forget to take a look at ours if you don't mind and see what it's like when we just focused on graphics in this game jam!
