Text controls + top down shooting action = ???

Completed in 10 hours. This was really supposed to be a short (~2hr) gag entry: I figured that most of the other submissions would be pretty fun in the sense that the genres combined would end up being "compatible" after all, so why not make one that feels really incompatible? Putting everything together at the last minute took much longer than expected, though, so I cut it short in order to get it all done before work on Monday. As a result it's lacking a lot of flavor like music and sound, screenshake, and etc, unfortunately.

I started late and finished early, but at least I finished!

What I've learned from all this: my commitment to the gag, no matter how terrible, is to be celebrated.
