Choose a God to bleed for. You can choose to be blessed with more power in exchange for your life - be careful though, if you don't have enough life, you will bleed your maximum life instead!

Use Z to jump and X to punch, arrow keys to move. Use the mouse to navigate menus.

Truthfully, I'm not very pleased with how this ended up. It seemed like a fun concept but it ended up being hard to do much with in this context. Still, felt good to get something done.

There is a real ending by the way, it doesn't loop forever.
