What do you do when a dimensional rift opens up bringing both hyper-intelligent mech piloting cats and explosive bears into your city? Use the bears to defeat your feline foes! Be careful though, as it easy to be overwhelmed by your constantly growing battery of bears.

Upgrades can make your bears more powerful, however they also increase your bear attractiveness and thus cause them to accumulate faster and faster, so you gotta keep up the pace and not let yourself end up with Too Many Bears!

Big thanks to anyone who checks the game out-- hope you all had as much fun as I these past 72 hours.

This was very fun! I have to play this one again with an actual mouse when I get a chance. I loved the art style and the need to throw bears at insane rates in order not to blow up.

Wow, knocked it out of the park! Great in every category, nice work!

Had some trouble at first... man those bears fill up fast! I found the barrage upgrade was almost mandatory to make progress. Besides that, had a blast! Many blasts. Too many blasts, resulting from too many BEARS.

I can't belived you managed to deliver something so good! You did a great job! Compared with the [Rocket Boom](https://ldjam.com/events/ludum-dare/40/rocket-boom) this game crush it! lol

Really fun and I really like the design and all those animations, it's overly cute :P

Good job

Got few issues:
* The itch.io frame doesnt match the game resolution
* UI (blinking popup)
* Input issues (key not being released, the character was always going to the left by himself).

First off, let me say that this game has the most polish of any game I've seen yet. The art and the music (plus the transition stretching of the audio) was really great, loved the animations and how fluid the characters seemed. The skill tree system gives a lot of replayability even though there's just one level.

A great entry with a lot of potential, I hope to see a more fleshed out version with more levels to explore.

The music in this is fantastic! I'm definitely a fan of the graphics, although with all the explosions it can get confusing at times. It's a struggle to not succumb to the bears, but that's not a bad thing; it fits the theme.

Incredibly polished and well done. Could be a whole game if you had a tutorial level of some sort.

Great graphics, animation, "feeling" etc. I did fall through the level halfway through and have to relaunch though!

Great implementation of the theme itself!
Great visual impact as well as the whole art comes together as a piece!
Game will be better with proper optimisation.
Keep up the good work!

I love how silly this game is! It's really fun to play! The graphics and music come together really well with the gameplay to create a well-rounded experience!

Aside from the resolution issue you already know about, I did have so.e trouble later in the game launching bears fast enough to not die. Also, the fact that bears explode on already defeated enemies made things a little more difficult than they needed to be.

In spite of the few minor issues, though, I really enjoyed your game and couldn't help but play it with a smile on my face!

The most intense and satisfying bear throwing simulator I've played to date haha! Love the amount of polish going on, especially the audio. It took me a few minutes(and deaths) to figure out how the bear-o meter worked. Other than that, great work!

Thanks everyone for the high praise! I was very limited by time in my ability to get everything working and looking good, so the actual level ended up being the last thing made (in the last hour of the jam), so I definitely agree on needing some sort of introduction and elaboration of the main mechanics.

Also for those that are interested, the pixelization plugin for Unity (the only thing I had going into the jam, made earlier last week) is still a WIP but I'll be releasing it here at least once it doesn't have glaring issues.

Cool visuals but very hard to understand how to play and play itself - my eyes flashes of explosions!
But good try =)

Looks nice, but no matter how fast I click, the bear-o-metter grows faster. Also, I can only see a small part of the screen.

Agreed with everyone on how great and confuse your entry is! I, for one, love to learn how to play a game by loosing very fast. Loved the blur on the corners of the screen. <3
