Today, major alien protests have resulted in riots across the galaxy. The Aliens demand ‘equal rights for bugs’ and claim that space mining conglomerates are destroying their natural habitat and taking away their homes.
A spokesperson for Hyberiums’r’us, one of the largest known space mining corporations responded: ‘The bugs’ claims are totally fabricated. We have provided the native inhabitants with alternative housing options, providing even much better living circumstances, but they have simply refuse to talk with us.”

P.s. maybe increase the hitbox of healthpacks and a little more bullet response when hitting an enemy?
for feedback I think the only thing I'd change is having some kind of indicator of how much health the big red enemies have visually, I didn't notice how much more damage I had to do.
overall very awesome job in the time given!

Thanks for being part of the stream :)
Have to agree with most people that it was too easy. Could've racked up more fun points if it was more challenging or if something changed along the way. Overall, good, immersive game! Managed to turn on all generators.
I'll take my 60.00 credits and get out I guess :P
Very nice and moody atmosphere, everything fit together pretty much perfectly (except for the UI, it looked kinda out of place). Especially loved the particle effects and the sweet sweet camera work you got going on. Would have liked some particles/sounds on hitting enemy to give feedback of a successful hit.
Speaking of enemies, they were a joke. The bats were so slow that they could be kited around for days and the spiders had so bad aim that they probably couldn't have hit me even if I was staying still. And the few times some enemy did manage to hit me, their damage was so low that there never was any urgency at all. And both the enemy types had too much health (probably the player too). Making them a bit harder (increasing speed, etc) and squishier would probably keep the difficulty the same (if you wanted to keep it on the easy side) but would make everything seem more impactful.
The aiming reticle was kinda hard to see. At some point the WebGL player glitched out and started showing my actual cursor, it made it a lot easier.
And finally, I don't even know for how many games I've left almost the same comment, spreading the gospel of your countrymen, the Vlambeer boys. Why have a shooting button at all if you never have to stop shooting? Maybe could be fixed by adding a reload mechanic or even following the theme and making shooting use energy which slowly replenishes so you'd need to conserve your shots a bit more.
Well done!
One suggestion I mentioned on stream was to make the beacons light up the room they're in, I think that would have a nice effect. Overall really good work.

This game is simple, but well polished. I expected something else after reading the introduction, something less moody. But that's not a problem :) The game had a nice aesthetic to it, using very few colours and interesting shading for the walls. The controls and the camera were smooth. I only wish there was more difficulty over time – the game wasn't much of a challenge from beginning to end. Overall, it was quite a chill experience! Good job :)
The only feedback I have is to have some sort of feedback when I hit an enemy, like flashing white, and maybe reduce their health at least for the initial 2 or 3 power stations. A large number of easy to defeat enemies is really fun versus small batches of enemies with high health while my weapon especially when there's little to no rewards upon defeated them since they don't drop power or upgrades. Unless I was supposed to avoid them and run away, then that makes sense! :)
