PS . I'll be checking your submission soon too, Keep up the good work!
Will do try it now & rate it!
Thanks again for the feedback!
You got any submission would you like me to rate?
I will play Infinite Typer and give it a rate!
I'm think you are awesome team!
For now I'm see just 2 things what I'm want you to show:
1. Cars can jump from the border, you need to check if car on ground when need to jump.
2. You need a better background and more intresting decorations around.
Anyway, good job, guys!
You can expect more upcoming levels soon hope you'll keep updated!
Much appreciated!
This is an incredibly immature way to get views on your work.
Good luck.
Other than that great!
- Good looking effects, especially intro and credits sequences, props to you
- The menu looks pro
Negatives:
- Controls are way too simplistic, air control shouldn't be as strong
- The default Unity background is ugly :(
- I don't mind having to download an executable for a jam game, but having to install then uninstall it when i'm only gonna play it for a few tens of minutes top is a pain
- Even for a jam, I thought it was a bit short, I spent more time installing it and in the menu than playing it :/
This might sound a bit harsh, but I only mean to help you ^^ looking forward to your next one!
Sad this is too short.
And the controls don't give a car feel, more like a kart or some vehicle like the ones in fzero.
Still nice and promising concept.
Thanks again!
We really appreciate your support hope you'll stay updated for the full version big release!
We'll work on issues you faced playing the game hope you'll be updated with the project, Much Appreciated!

And let me know what you think about it 😉
Appreciate your time making this video and best of luck on upcoming projects!
1. Add more weight to the car to make the jump more platforming accurate, you probably can see how typical platformers do it, and apply it to the car, it shouldn't be much different.
2. Make the side-way driving of the car with the arrows instead with the mouse, and with more accurate steering as the driving games typically do.
You probably don't need any more work in the menu area which is amazing. This is actually good because you can focus in the gameplay area and make it as awesome as the menu is.
Good job!
Your intro/outro and trailer are *incredible*, I mean just full on polished finished professional game level of quality. Like seriously I might have to hire you in the future to make some for me :joy:
However I feel like the time you put into making all of that flashy meant that perhaps less time was spent working on the mechanics of the game.
I feel like the gravity was way too "floaty", I think the cars needed to be heavier and have more of an impact when landing and more of a takeoff when jumping. I also think if the cars pointed downwards when going down and upwards when going up would've helped it feel much more "real" as well.
I also think that the incredibly detailed and polished intro made the game itself look graphically very very simple. I think even some clouds in the distance instead of just all one solid colour of blue, and perhaps a light texture on the roads would've really bumped up the graphics! Definitely think that the graphics being set to "ultra" should be a default also as mentioned in Elysias stream.
This was overall though a great submission and take on the theme. I think with some tweaking to the gravity/movement and graphics this could be a really really fantastic and fun game! I hope this feedback helps and I hope you continue to make awesome games
Really Appreciated it!
Hope you will keep updated on the upcoming versions, Thanks you we really appreciate it!
Some things I would change or look into personally, would be:
- Some others have said it, but the car feels a bit floaty, like it has no weight. Maybe play around with the physics a bit to strike a balance between a car feel and the responsiveness of a platformer character.
- I accidentally jumped over the finish line and fell of the map and lost the race. I'm not sure if that was intentional, but I felt like that shouldn't happen.
Overall, well done!
Can't say it's very encouraging to be told I suck by the game during the first 10 seconds of gameplay.. With a lot of polish this game could be a fun addition to the racing genre. Can't say i noticed any other genres in here?
You could only penalize the player when he misses and falls.
I thought AI hit it all, only changing the speed that completes the race.
You could evolve and put some other variables and make AI go wrong too.
I left my rating of your game, if you can leave your feedback in our game, Witch's Escape.
I hope you continue with the project.
