Like you mentioned a pretty easy game but I think it's an enjoyable experience in it's current form. Some obstacles, maybe day and night cycle and co-op/versus gameplay, that is all the game would need to get a place on my Steam Box. :smile:

Nice game, I really like the bright saturated graphics and the fact that you can fly in a loop! I think adding some ambient music and some NPCs with messages to have some small worldbuilding and it would be a really relaxing exploration game! :grinning:

I think this is good foundation for a game. Currently there is nothing to motivate player to play for longer than two minutes. I can fly up and down, there is no ground, no obstacles. Things like this would make game way more interesting. Graphics and sound design is amazing, good job!

The graphics are absolutely amazing. The title screen looks like a fully released finished product. The ingame graphics are great as well. Very well done.

The sound effects work pretty well. I like how natural the engine sound feels. A bit of music would've gone a long way though.

The gameplay is very smooth and it's unfortunate that you didn't have time to add more obstacles or something. It's really fun to play, but after a while it gets boring and I never came close to running out of gas.

I like how it's so casual :). I thought i was gonna crash to the ground but -w-. The music was kinda annoying though.

I had so much fun doing loop-de-loops! Since the game always restarts right where you ran out of fuel, there's not much incentive to collect it. I think that the plane should hit the ground sooner or later if it keeps descending.

Played once. Got 37,000. Is that a lot?

- Graphics are perfect, attention to detail was amazing (loved the scarf flying in the wind)
- Loved doing loops after loops after loops, weeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee! :D
- Cute cloud design
- Really simple mechanics making it easy to grasp and understand.

(On windows 7 + dual screen, I couldn't run the game fullscreen)
Next step would be to rework the difficulty by adding some content, had to stop because the game was just becoming repetitive after a score of 70000+ :)

Very solid entry! The premise is simple but executed well. There isn't really much to complain about except maybe the lack of music, but that's kinda nitpicking

This game's strongest aspect is its graphical presentation. The excellent title screen is backed up by an appealing art style. I liked how, in contrast to most games with this control scheme, the focus was on collecting powerups rather than dodging obstacles. It was a fairly relaxing experience, except for the incessant buzzing noise that came from my plane's propeller. Not having the distance counter reset when the player runs out of fuel seems like an odd decision to me. I used the HTML5 version and didn't have any issues. Did I mention how much I like the title screen? Well done!

Oh, it's so refreshing to play arcady game with simple controls after some complex strategic or tactical games I've been playing lately this LD. I love this simple but fun game, engine sound is great and when I realized I can do loops it became 5 times more cool! The art is great too! The only thing I didn't like is that with time too little boxes appear and when you inevitably lose you feel like you couldn't do anything to prevent it. Failing engine sound is great though :D.

I was mesmerized by this game. The audio completely set the mood and I felt like I was flying a biplane! When my fuel got low I would pick some up but for the most part I just did loops! :smile:. I agree with the other people this would make an awesome mobile game! Well done!

Visually OK. simpler than flappy bird. Probably adding altitude (and ground) and some storms in those dark cloud could have make the game much more interesting. Overall Well done.

Even though there isn't a huge ton of gameplay yet, I spent a lot longer on this than I planned to. It's a sheer joy to fly that plane, particularly with the biplane sound effects. I'd love to play this more when it is done.

But it's a little simple ^^ There are no obstacles and too bad there is no ground. With more things it can be a really strong game and perfect for mobile.

Cute graphics, quite fun, as you say it just needs some obstacles to give it challenge. Its nice to have the plane sound but personally found as its there constantly it got annoying after not very long, but its a minor thing. With a couple of extra features I could imagine it working well as a mobile game pretty easily.

Nothing beats the feeling you get when you make a loop to pick up fuel. Visually, the game is stunning. The only thing I would want is a soundtrack that could deafen the engines a bit. I would easily play a mobile version of this game for hours.

Like you said, it's too easy. It looks really nice, though! I found it a bit weird that the objective is to maximize your distance when in fact the distance is always going up, even when the plane goes backward :P

The graphics are too bright, try to saturate a little the colors. And is kinda pixelated on fullscreen.
Would be funnier to have a little extra control maybe (a 10 degree direction change while 'speeding', so you have a little more to do aside from going up maybe)

The points maybe counted as you go UP and RIGHT, and go down as you retrace. Would be more adventurous than just flying.

Aside that (and the lack of some extra difficult) is particularly fun :)

This is certainly the cutest game I've seen so far, and it's absolutely just plain pleasant to play. The mood is captured excellently (as is a happy mood, in a nice change of pace from the usual) and the gameplay simple but fun. As others have said it was a little bit easy and the engine sound a little loud (would really enjoy some music), but overall just a great amount of polish here.

Simple, but not as easy as others say. It's difficult to keep up collecting fuel and eventually you will run out of power. I thought I was already playing, when the intro sequence explained how to collect fuel, confused me a bit at first.

Very nice compo entry. I like the smiling clouds, the simple mechanic, and the cloud trail the plan leaves behind, and the ability to do loops. :D The plan sound gets to me after a while but I can always just turn down the volume ;) Good job!

Really nice and well executed! The graphics are really nice and the audio matches pretty well. It is, indeed, a simple game, but it's really well done and, with some polish and more variation, can be a really fun game to play! ;)

Simple, clean and entertaining. The graphics are great, with lots of sweet little details. Adding obstacles would, as you say, be the next step for the game I think. As it is right now, it's a bit on the easy side but still a fun few minutes to play around with. Great work!
