Cute game, and definitely something different.
Everything seems to work.
Also, the music didn't loop for me, so I met an awkward silence after some time.
Or you could make the pace faster by reducing the energy consumption and allowing to do all the actions by holding the key. In this case this kind of large field could be justified.
And I really need to save up for a door...
Here is my first attempt:

Looks like a lot of work went into this, it's impressive you got all the mechanics working bug-free.
A small issue for gamepad: there seems to be no deadzone on the stick, so it tends to bounce and aim at the opposite direction when I tried to move one step (but then again I have a beaten up gamepad).
Gameplay-wise, I like the mechanic of having to sacrifice something or bad stuff will happen. Perhaps you could have made the stakes higher by disrupting the gameplay loop more, e.g. having the bear god ask for a specific tool to be left at the altar each day. Ask it was, I always had one crop to spare so it didn't feel like a hard decision.
Overall, I found the game enjoyable and well made!
I'd say one problem would be the player movement, it feels floaty, where the game needs tight controls to accurately use the tools. Other than that, this is awesome. Congrats !
It's a little hard to tell when the crop is fully grown. Slightly annoying to have to walk around to pick up and put down tools, but it reinforces the slow, agricultural pace of the game.
The only minor complaint I have is that it's very hard to know how much should let the crop grow without experimenting. I lost my first two games because I didn't know you could grow each plant enough to be worth 3 crops.
I have played two rounds so far, took me about 30 minutes.
When I saw birds in the distance I sacrificed too much of the crops to the bear god and in the end I only had 49 crops ;_; But I had fun :D
A few thoughts I had when I played it:
* Cool PS1 graphics!
* I starved to death on my first playthrough, but that sure make the next round a lot more rewarding
* I like how you actually eat the crops each morning, it puts some pressure on you
* I can't sleep with my scythe next to me!? Preposterous! ;D
* Fun sounds :D It must have been hard to come up with a sound for "putting seeds into the ground"?
* Nice touch to incorporate your Twitch identity/nick in the game :)
Here's a picture of me and my beautiful crops :D

It's very zen and relaxing! I appreciate that even though I had to take a day or two to figure out what I was supposed to be doing, I still had a chance to make up the work in the following days with careful crop management. I was really feelin' the sacrificing theme when it came time to harvest, and I only had enough stamina to either harvest all of my completed crops, or water my wilting crops, but not both.
As for things that could be better, I did sometimes have moments of frustration when I accidentally repeated an action on a square more than once, while still consuming stamina. It would be great if the game were a bit more gracious for those kinds of mistakes. Also, I'd say the aiming reticle is a bit too difficult to see, particularly when hovering over large crops. A more vibrant reticle (perhaps rendered above the crops) would really help ease this frustration.
Other than that, though, I can definitely say that this is the longest I've played a LD game so far. Awesome work!

Overall though, brilliant entry. I'm impressed and thrilled it got made for this jam. Nothing else to say now but time for another play-through!
Edit: After 3 times I finally made it through the winder with over 80 crops left. It is a realy good idea to sacrifice to the mighty bear god  . It is a nice and relaxing game. And reminds me a bit of harvest moon. But with a slightly a darker tone.
My only complaint is that sometime is difficult to aim in the right place and I often do the action in the same spot twice.
I missed some tutorial or instructions screen too, I've take a while to understand what I have to do in the game.
