A good basis for a game but could do with making the movement puzzle bit the focus, or introduce different file types such that there is a reason for the player to be interacting with the files rather than it just automatically selecting the files.

Haha good idea with the follow the way ball idea! Cool. I would change one thing. Autoselecting new disc. You loose quite a time with selecting them! Or remove mouse interaction and let the player choose the files with the Keyboard!

I'm not sure why there seem to be both growing stacks of files that behave in a tetris-like way and a total size bar, without any real indication of how big a file is. There seem to be different mechanics in here that don't work together very well for me.

Very good for your first game! I thought it was cool to do a minigame to decrypt things! Anyway, good game!

For a first participation, it's pretty good! How can you improve from there? The core mechanic is really cool! So, we can bring more variation. For instance, different size of Encrypted Data. The complexity of decrypting a data will depend on the size of the data. You could also chain them! For instance if you select the bottom of a pile, you will have the possibility to decrypt all the data in one run, but the level will be a chain of the levels for each data. As for effect, you could add some buggy tiles starting to appear when the storage space became lower and lower, you could also crash into a blue screen when the storage is full. I think the game is really cool as it is, and you can indeed do a lot of thing to even better it  Congratulations! :v:

This game is neat. A suggestion might be: try writing an algorithm which generates random level so that it will make each playthrough as interesting as the first.

very cool but the graph is too simple

Okay so that's a nice idea, I like this kind of multitasking thingy.
However in the end you're only playing the ball game and just clicking whichever file seems the closest to your mouse. Maybe adding some variety in the files or some other mechanic in that part of the game would make the player strategize which file should be removed next.

I think it's a good base to iterate from and make a better game out of it. Right now it feels like a good idea which did not achieve its potential.

Nice first LD entry though, kudos!

I agree with the people above, you need variety. And some sound. You can make this type of games flow with a moving music. But it's a good start. Keep practicing, see you in the next jam :)

A fun game, at first I thought the circle moves a bit fast but then it would be less challenging if it were slower, so it was actually perfect. I think you could definitely make files of different size rather than just 11MB, and show the size of the file right on it to add more puzzle element to it.

very punishing game, nice graphics, but maybe a bit too repetitive?

@nam-nguyen hmmm, i think i did something wrong with the file sizes, cause it was a random number betewen 5-15 supposedly, well, thanks for telling me, ill try to fix it

@goutye thank you so much for taking your time to write the feedback, it helps a lot. I will try to add those things, and also, i tried a lot of those things, like the blue screen or the different sizes, but they didnt work. Anyways, thank you so much
