TinyWorlds by dikkop

[raw]
made by dikkop for LD 41 (JAM)

This is a small, mystical puzzle game which combines puzzling with magical combat, it also combines a very old Ludum Dare theme with this very new one.

Goal of the game:
Shoot fireballs to conquer a TinyWorld, control all TinyWorlds to win!
You can switch between worlds by right-clicking a conquered TinyWorld, this allows you to shoot fireballs from the selected world.
This will give you a better vantage point to make hard shots.

Controls:
Lookaround with mouse (pan to side of screen, scroll to zoom)
Left button = Shoot fireball
Right button = Select a conquered TinyWorld to shoot from
Middle button = Toggle dotted lines
TinyWorlds have a dotted line around them which indicates their gravitational field
A red cursor indicates the cooldown for when you can shoot

This game was really good! The idea was interesting and it was executed well, loved the graphics and the audio. The controlles feelt nice to. Maybe work a little bit more and release it on steam or some other platform?

It's a really fun game! I liked the art style, I liked the simple but more than enough controls, I liked the gameplay. The music is fitting and gives the game a very pleasant atmosphere. Honestly one of the best games I've seen so far. Keep up the good work :)

This really quality game. Gameplay is interesting and challenging. I think you should polish it some more and release for mobile. FX is also a great touch.

Nice game! The idea with the gravitational fields is really nice. Haven't read before playing and just saw now that you can change the world to shoot from... Probably cool, but I liked the challenge without it as well.

That was a nice little game. I think the worlds should take more than one shot to conquer, as now it quickly changes into kind of a cat and mouse game.

Really nice concept, and well executed. I found the fire rate being per player rather than per tiny world frustrating, as it wasn't always obvious when I could fire and ended up spamming the button :)
Excellent music and beautiful graphics, great work!

Neat little concept. It would be nice to have keyboard controls for the camera too but it's a tiny blemish on an otherwise cool entry. Top marks!

The game is beautiful and well finished, but I can not find that the themes could be more put in advent. The game is very pleasant to play.

Good job

Cool game! I liked having to consider gravity and experiment with it. I disliked not knowing exactly when I'd be able to throw the next fireball. Especially on the toughest level with a CPU opponent, I would have to spam clicks to be able to throw a fireball as early as I could.

It's incredibly polished, graphics are looking very good, sound is great and its fun to play. Great take on the theme as well. My only complainant after I won the last level it looped me back to the first one, there should be a win screen.

This is really cool entry, althought it seems that it is done for different theme :) The execution is really great. Wonderful job!

Ah, what a great entry. Probably top positions here. Looks amazing, sounds great, plays very well and super polished. The only thing that I can't compliment is the theme, but other than that, everything is super solid.

I'm amazed that you still managed to make some sort of AI to compete with the player. I took a huge beating, naturally. Really guys, congratulations, great entry.
