In Traffic Jammers you manage traffic as badly as you possibly can. You start your journey as an intern, but by causing massive jams, you might have a chance to eventually become the CEO of Traffic Jammers Ltd.

I can realy see myself play this game on my phone for passing time, I love this kind of challenging game. I see only one problem, the difficulty at the start is too low and the increase too fast once around level 10 - 11

I didn't thought that CAUSING traffic jams could be so difficult :-)

@surue, heh thanks!

Yeah, unfortunately we ran out of time trying to balance and playtest it. We also had planned more abilities, like one to increase traffic in certain tiles (rush hour ability), but we just didn't have enough time..

Was very engaging to play (good music choice btw). Just missed rank 11. I found the time limit kept me on edge during those later levels, it gets much harder with more roads (fits theme). Camera controls were a little weird feeling (the pan mostly) but not game breaking. I very much enjoyed it, definitely requires a strategy after about rank 6.

You know your game is good when i gave it a perfect 5 star for everything lol

The game is very innovative and original, and requires strategy to create the jammiest traffic ever.

Overall this is a great casual game quality

My playthrough: https://youtu.be/fHHHyyvVqaA

This get all my 5s. Game is polished, gameplay is fun and entertaining and made me forget the time. Brilliant.

Very cool game. I got to level 9 but then wasn't fast enough to create a nice traffic jam. Sometimes there were quite few cars to work with.

Wow! That level of polish is stellar! Just the right amount of pop, the music is catchy, the mechanics are simple but very well executed. This is top notch, guys.

This looks really good! Sadly there is no way to play it on mac or preferably on the web.

Hey, neat game. I reached 11 "Spacetime Traffic Guard". In the beginning I thought I could only set the red lights instead of toggling them (even though it literally says "toggle" - so the first few levels I just sat there and waited for 2-3 minutes. A "time acceleration" button would have been handy. I like the visual appeal and the game feels stable and I couldn't spot any bugs which is great! Not sure on the replayability of it - maybe with some more variation to the graphics and mechanics with crosswalks, road works, etc. would increase the urge to play more. Also, I set the speed limit zones but nothing appeared to happen to the traffic?? Great effort!

One of the more interesetnig game I played in this LD.
I can see how this can be translated into cool mobile game.
Great job!!

This was fun! Really clever and unique puzzle idea.

This is fantastic and has quite a bit of depths to it. The only thing that's missing is a bit of variety in the streets (some curves maybe or making some streets lead over a bridge) and some different cars. But seriously I love it.

Nice looking game and interesting idea.
But I found that you have always the same win strategy to use...
Need some more options...

Haaaa, that's a tough one... I really want to love it. The idea sounds so cool, the graphics are nice, the music is Okay. But, the game is rather boring : place a few red lights, do something else, come back and win. Maybe is there a way to develop the gameplay around it...

Great presentation and animations, wouldn't change a thing there. The idea is great and it's fun to mess with and try to create some nice gridlock patterns, but it does ultimately come down to stacking a big row of cars at a red light.

Great casual game. I'd love to see it on Android someday. It was surprisingly difficult to cause traffic jams! But with a bit of balancing, this could be an even better game than it already is!

I'd be interested to see what other powerups you make! And I'd love to have a bit more choice in the game, such as where I place tiles, what type of tiles I can place. This could be the anti-Cities Skylines!

@miaw thanks for making the video! I'm happy you like the game! We wanted to make a "chill" game where you can relax and watch as the traffic does it's thing. :)

@smbe19 heh! the balance is a bit off, we nailed the mechanics down on the last day and were left with to little time to actually balance the game.

@ghodan <3

@finntastico, I look into making a mac build. currently we can't test it ourselves though!

@imphenzia the time acceleration is a good idea! we didn't even consider such thing. yup, to make a full, and more interesting game, the game requires more mechanics and abilities to play with! when you put the speed limit thing on a cross road, cars which pass through it should get a tiny speed boost

@kabalatrance thanks! :)

@differentname, thank you <3

@chriiis88 thank you!! yup the game definitely needs variation on the crossroad tiles to make it more intesting! but you know, LD time limitations :grin:

@dunin thanks for playing! yeah, we planned more abilities and such but didn't have time to implement them. also the game would need some variety in the levels (also like maybe different cars do different things; i.e. a firetruck that speeds through the roads and turns of the red lights)

@vfabien21 thanks for the feedback! yup the game needs more variety in levels/mechanics/abilities. but you know, LD time limits :grin:

@foolmoron thanks! <3

@amy-ballinger, thank you! <3

@laylow hehehe thank you! :grin: yeah, adding other powerups, cars and level tiles the game would definitely be more interesting! maybe in each level you need to reach a certain rank to pass it. then additionally also a endless arcade mode :)

Fun game and a very neat and humorous idea for the theme, enjoyed it! I will say that it was a bit slow paced, it was a lot of just waiting, maybe some faster timescale options would've been nice in that regard.

@jeromwaaron Thanks! The balance is a bit off currently. We wanted to include "rush hour" ability that allowed you to increase the amount of traffic to tackle this issues. Unfortunately we didn't have time to implement it..

@gruhh Thanks for the kind words!

@bonelazy I haven't experienced Istanbul traffic, but I lived past three years in Kuala Lumpur and the traffic there can be horrible :D

![2017-12-16 16_51_20-Greenshot.png](///raw/d0b/1/z/e9f0.png) have I finished it? I think it's a cool idea, but it's not hard or getting harder, so it's not fitting the theme so well in my opinion

@hisfantor ah you met up with one of the bugs that others have been reporting. The game is supposed to keep going haha, thanks a lot for playing tho!
