A shameless Angry [flying animals] rip-off, but still a lot of fun to create non-the-less. And hopefully to play to. Have fun!

This game was created for Ludum Dare 36, theme: Ancient Technology
So, a catapult is ancient right?

Instructions:
=============
The absolute basics:
-----------------------
1. Use you catapult to shoot bullets
2. Destroy structures to score points
3. Hold mouse button / [Space] to increase the tension of the catapult
4. Release mouse button / [Space] to fire the catapult
5. Use [arrow keys] to move your catapult
6. You win a level by reaching at least the bronze score target

Tips:
------
- more destructions means mucho more score!
- keep an eye on your ammo: no ammo and you need to retry the level to get a higher score
- different materials react differently to forces, experiment to see what happens!

Awesome game, great gameplay - but there seems to be a bug where the ball just keeps rolling slowly forever and there's no way to end the turn.

Very nice angry birds clone, but the controls could use some work.
Waiting for the ball to roll back can be quite annoying, and accidental clicks make you pretty much drop some ammo. Also, the ball does roll pretty slowly.

Excellent execution. The physics could do with a little tweaking but you, my friend, have built in two days (a basic version of) what it took the guys at Rovio (probably) a lot longer to build.

It's just like angry birds: adictive! The only thing I miss is a way to cancel the current shoot.

Solid game, I like the take on the classic genre with being able to move the catapult. I'd encountered a few troublesome scenarios: I had clicked the mouse after the shot+destruction was done, but before the camera was all the way back and it shot the ball right at the foot of the cannon. Also when a ball was rolling very slowly it took a while for the round to reset. Maybe have an exception for these?

Otherwise, like it was already said, very chill game!

Music is a great fit, and it's surprisingly polished, well done! The catapult looks and feels great, though as others I had some trouble with balls moving slowly causing a pause

The gameplay had nothing new to me, not a single attempt to break any grounds, that's not good, but the level design was pretty decent and the amount of work you put in this to deliver in such a short period is pretty great! Solid entry, but try to be more creative.

"Angry catapaults". Not bad! I would have liked some particles or physics when I hit some bricks directly rather than just blinking out.

There needs to be friction on bullets so they dont roll until they hit something, requiring us to wait minutes, and there needs to be some way to lessen the power of the catapult after it goes back all the way.

Well done, nice and complete game, fun to play, intriguing, nice!
But i agree with the other comments, the friction of the bullets on the ground is a bit too low, it seems to take ages until they stop rolling and you can make another shot.
