The art is extremely beautiful. Kinda remembered me of Earthbound's overworld. Great entry!

Awesome pixel art and writing! Nice big map and loved the camera feature which added nice story elements to the game. Great work guys, keep up the good work! :muscle:

Amazing storytelling! I was hooked up right from the beginning with the setting, and the story was interesting enought to go and try it again until I get some additional endings. The mood when the *encounter* happens was also on point.

The mobile as a UI was a clever touch, and Ast-erisk as a social network works so good that it almost sounds real.

It's amazing, I can't believe you made this during a jam, the graphics are awesome, the story is very interesting and intriguing, and the phone is a really a smart way to have differents actions to do and keep a link with the rest of the world and the differents endings made the game replayable and really push you to replay it and explore all it have to offer. I have finish the game twice for now, but still haven't got the best ending (I've missclick on some dialogs choice bubbles (don't call when you drive, peeps...). Really great job and congratulations to all the team !

ohh men! How I love your art, people! how smooth run this game and how responsive its to controls. Maybe one thing its the clipping sound when talk , like too pitching. But overall a great entry!

Fancy graphics, especially colors and detalization! The text was fun to read as well, love the jokes from AskTerisk guys, haha! Driving the car was a little bit off though. Big open world is a great feature, but it felt somewhat empty. And yeah, you should definitely add an option to skip the dialogs. Solid entry overall, I imagine this may evolve into an interesting open-world adventure game.

The writing here was superb. The art and music were fantastic! Driving the truck was a little janky but psh I almost discovered ALIENS! Seriously though I was immersed through and through. Excellent work!

Great as always, guys. Loved the multiple endings and the dialogue. The art is amazing too. I just felt rushed because I was bleeding, spending gas and juice all at the same time. The setting is also incredible. Amazing entry, no doubt.

Wow. This game was truly gorgeous. The art was breathtaking, and the writing was fantastic. If I had one thing, it would be the the truck handled a little weird, but it was a very small problem in an incredible game. I wanted to be fair and judge you on the build you put up before the deadline, but now I'm going back and playing the full one just for the sake of doing it. Thank you for the experience.

You are so brave and skilled enough team to make a story-based game at Ludum. I so love narrative games.
Just take my respect. You are my heroes. I hope sometime in the future I can do something like it.

Great game guys, as always. I like how you can turn around the car immediately (I know that you probably planned for something more realistic and smooth, but it just made me laugh). I completed the game with 2 different endings. I don't know if there are more, but I love how you have to decide between such important things.

Me ha gustado mucho. Seguid así ;).

Interesting game  I like so much the graphics (your pixel art style in 'Gods Will Be Watching' is awesome!) and music background fit perfectly with the atmosphere. The game mechanic around the smartphone usage it’s much original

Good work, guys!

I was really missing a dialog option to call for help instead of "I was contacted by aliens..." while bleeding with a hole in my stomache. Then I proceeded to drive home immediatly because... Well - I was dying. The game ended. Noone mentioned my having a hole in my stomach of leaving bloody footprints. So this path was a bit lacking in the writing department - but read on! On this point I was already hooked because even though there were these flaws the game looked good, sounded good and felt good playing. It felt quite polished and I was suprised by all those gameplay elements - the phone panel with a camera leading and chooseable hashtags, the GPS with real time position, the contact list where I could choose and actually select dialog options. Generally dialog options! Footprints in the snow! So I've seen only the tip of the iceberg but the iceberg was already massiv. MASSIV amount of content. So I proceeded with playthrough number two (were I was directly thankful for skipable dialogs).
I forgot to mention: a fucking refillable car? 8-way movement? Sign me in.

Notes on your smartphone? Batterie draining when using GPS?
Okay I actually died on this try but I didn't regret giving it a second go. And I was really close to go in a third time! That's unusual for me. Maybe I'll give it a final try tomorrow.

Summing up: I'm mighty impressed. This game didn't blew me away with technical novelty... But the content! There's so much and it works really really well together. Also, the writing was actually seriously good. Cudos to you guys - one of my favorite entries so far (maybe even my favorite)!

Hey everybody, thanks so much for playing and for your feedback! <3

About the nasty bug some of you reported (@rionisse, @tjakka5 and @pedro-miranda), it's a problem of the ludum dare version with some versions of Windows. I'm afraid I can't fix it since my project version is now the post-compo one, in which I fixed that bug but... can't update the jam one anymore, sorry!

The art in this is great, loved the walk animation thought it was really polished. Everything about this game worked so well together. The only thing that felt a bit off was the car movement. The story was really well written and liked that it was told in different ways, with the phone calls and discoveries.

Mysterious, compelling and well executed!

Love the art and the way the vehicle moves made giggle.

Well done!
