Can the player only attack left and right? If so there are some ghosts that can't be killed. I got around 140 points and then lost because I got clumsy. The addition of some sounds and smoothing out the controls a bit would be good improvements. Nice work!

I believe it's more an attempt to make a game than a try to get this jam's theme but the effort is a reward itself.
I agree about the limited attack to the sides. There are some ghosts that simply can't be beaten cause it's location.
