Really enjoyed this game. The artwork was sublime and the theme was well captured. I would definitely enjoy playing a more in-depth version of this game.

Well, I had a great time playing your game, even if the end is not really finished as you mentionned. I would love to see more.

Really this is one of my fav by now. First of all, great graphics. I just felt that amazing flow of the game and whole story, and story is so simple but fits in the gameplay perfectly.Missing some simple background music, but as a 1 person compo BIG congrats! Please let me know, when the full version is ready. Good job!

Not usually a fan of story-driven games but enjoyed this one :)
What a fun experience, tidy little slice of fun perfectly scoped for a compo.
Like anyone who's ever taken part in LD, I can identify with the feeling of not quite finishing :) but it was still a joy to play! thanks for this!

This game is very enjoyable! The writing is good and the life limiting what you can do in a day mechanic works well and ties in nicely with the theme. I enjoyed the pixel work as well. It has a Tandy era feel that I dig. Some music would definitely help the mood but I didn't manage to squeeze in any after 3 days let alone finish in 2 like you haha great job!

Really cool concept. I got stuck when I spent all my hearts and couldn't do anything anymore but it wouldn't give me a game over.

Nice little game, the art is perfect fit. As others stated some ambient music would be nice, I missed on that one myself.

@sparewizard Yes, I later found that. No idea how I never saw that the first time around. The ending is actually quite satisfying. I enjoyed the writing, especially the meeting with the wizard.

Wow, what a nice little game! I love this kind of games and in this short time you managed to create something that is complete and polished. (I know it's not actually "complete" :) I laughed when I saw the notes about the work in progress parts). The narrative and the quests are interesting, I loved that I could figure things happening in my mind even if graphically you don't see anything (this is called good writing skills!). The graphics are simple but perfectly fitting, a big plus because they show the way to deliver meaning with just a couple of pixels, brilliant! I know you were alone doing this beautiful job, but picking a stock music just for added athmosphere would have make this perfect.

Very fun and innovative game! It took a few moments to understand the mechanics, but once I grasped it it was really cool!
It's too bad the story isn't quite finished. If you had done that + Some fantasy music it would be pretty much perfect.

Fun adventure game! I had up to 19 hearts by day 23. I guess in this case the hearts are stamina. I'm assuming there was nowhere to go beyond that point, since I still needed a few more to enter the Dragon's lair.

for a game that is not fully complete it feel super polished, and been a compo this make this entry even more awesome ^_^. the story is so immersive, the art is simply beautiful and the VFX add a ton the game feel all that make this a great experiencing. well done sir <3
