Thanks for being part of the stream :)
@wrexialmt
>Wheres the votes for Audio and Visuals?! Pity you turned them off.
Music and sounds are creative commons, I thought it won't be too fair. And visuals, well, perhaps I shouldn't have, explosions and stuff took me some time.
>Love the tutorial layout, gonna steal that idea at some point!
Feel free to do so, it's all common property!
Overall really well executed, nice work.
I played this on stream at https://www.twitch.tv/videos/163826993 - Time 0:17:00
I do have to point out that in one level (I believe it was level 11), while I was travelling between a bunch of huge asteroids, I think I picked up a power bolt, causing the power explosion bullets to fly out, and one bullet got stuck between asteroids or something, because a few hundred thousand particles started spawning all over the place and the game lagged horribly. Luckily, I died and could restart the level. :P
Also, at the time I'm writing this, why does your Game Jolt page say this was uploaded 14 hours ago?
Thanks! It says uploaded 14 hours ago because I was kinda lazy about making webgl build and filling up gj page stuff.

I'm ashamed to admit but that's a known bug, I'll do something about it this weekend.
Here’s my live playthrough of Power on https://www.twitch.tv/elysiagriffin :)
P.S. : Oh, I see, graphics and audio are Creative Commons
Really nice work!
First of all... Wow! Each bullet shot feels so good! The graphics, the sound, all of it makes it go really well together.
The only thing i could say i didn't really like were the "ghost" enemies. At some stages there were enemies that flew through "solid" objects, which made them impossible to shoot, as well as confused me, and i crashed against it, since i thought i could fly right through it.
However, i'm complaining about this, because i feel there's not too much else to say, except great job. The game is fun, feels polished, challenging and intuitive. All things a good game needs, i'd say. So, great work!
I'm impressed by the amount of power ups you added, but the mechanic I found most interesting was the "power cloud" mechanic, that helped make the levels switch between making you rush through the enemies, to instead go slow to recharge your batteries, or to simply go slow because you have to destroy that swarm of monsters to loot energy.
Overall the game is well balanced, the only really challenging one being the level 13.
I planned to comment on the pretty pixel art and how I'm sad it's not super consistent with the UI etc. but it seems like some of the assets are not yours so I can totally understand.
Just a few things I noticed:
1. What does radar do? I feel like it just highlighted power, which is helpful, but I also feel like it would have been better if it also showed power pickups that were hidden by asteroids or ships.
2. The level progression is all over the place. Some levels early on were brutal, while others were a breeze later on. Maybe I stumbled upon the solution early for a few of these.
3. Having the ability to re-choose your upgrade after dying would be helpful so that you could properly spec for the upcoming level.
There's a lot you could do with this and I'd love to see a full release! Great work!
