Nice work on the scope of this. The maze adds a lot of play time without feeling tedious. I completed it in just under 15 minutes.

Combat was too easy so the consumables felt superfluous. Inventory space was cramped and I kept being frustrated at not being able to pick things up. The limitation didn't add much to the game. 2 more slots would probably fix it.

The graphics are of the "so bad it's good" variety (although the player actually looks nice).

The intro was in the 90th percentile of humor for Ludum Dare games. I physically laughed at the first CIA line.

Congrats on a successful jam!

I do like the idea of a survival game with a maze. Gives a little more purpose than "craft and don't starve". Combat was too easy and the food didn't seem to be necessary. Took me about 7 minutes to finish.

The graphics definitely leave something to be desired, especially the text box.

A lot of gameplay functions were fit into the game in a short time and that seems pretty impressive. With some work it could become a pretty neat game.

@thecritterscove Yeah, we are definitely not graphical artists by any stretch. Maybe we can find someone to join our team next ludum dare that will be better at making graphics.

Nice game! I completed it in about 15min. I found the inventory space to be a bit lacking and the meat drop rate to be very high compared to what you need. The hitting range was pretty long too, I could hit zombies through the walls. A bit of animation when hitting would've added a nice touch to the otherwise well made main character. Good job on your game!
