Lemuria by noahw

made by noahw for LD 44 (JAM)

The ancient continent of Lemuria lies beneath the ocean floor. You have the power raise it and shape it as you please. A sandbox continent-building game.

Note: on top of being built in less than 72 hours, this is the first game I've completed with Unity and is pretty rough around the edges. That said, I'm pretty dang proud of it. I think Lemuria has some interesting visual concepts and novel gameplay, and I hope you'll enjoy it. :v:

Edit: The goal of the game is to make the "points" visualization at the bottom fill the entire screen. Also, some controls: left mouse to pan, right mouse to orbit, and scroll wheel to zoom.

I love the style, there's definite promise there. It just lacks some kind of goal at the moment. Would love to see you continue working on this beyond the jam.

This is good, really, but if you put something like quest that really corresponding the game with the world I think it could be better. Nice tho.

this could make for either a fantastic god game or zen game. I'd honestly love to see it further developed

A game with a lot of potential, and for a first game on Unity, that's pretty impressive :)
Your game just lacks a real goal tied with you mechanics of creating landmass, and more mechanics to play around with. Apart from that, grat job !

Interesting game, quite beautiful. Not sure about the connection with the theme though.
