Nice game, liked the background art as well. The movement was a bit fast and made timing the jumps very tricky, but good overall. Cheers

Interesting concept. Makes you really think about each and every little jump you make. It can be rather punishing though, if you fail to make a long/high jump (like on level 3) and fall back to the bottom. There's basically no point in continuing... you just have to hit the "R" button and try again. It does give you a nice sense of accomplishment, though, when you do complete a level. Good job!

I like the concept, my only complaint is it feels a bit too weighty. Good job!

This is great. Only feedback I have is that there could be some music and that restarting levels should be a tiny bit faster. Well done

The movement is a bit to fast for me, but great idea. Also it took me way longer than I care to admit to see the 'tutorial' on the second level.

Very cool, love the art and the idea. Just wish the mechanic was more intwined with the level design, I never felt like it was effecting me unless I was really screwing up. Overall it was fun though.

I liked the game. It seems pretty difficult but fun. I had to keep reminding myself that I can't just move jump whenever I feel like it.

I'm not super happy with how the player moves, though I'm having trouble articulating how.

I would have loved to see this applied as more a puzzle platformer, but as it is there doesn't seem to be any real punishment for doing several overly excessive jumps. Also, A lot of places force you into extra jumps if you slightly miss, which doesn't feel good design-wise.

Also I'd suggest making the restart as fast as possible in platformers, else it can be frustrating as the player waits for the death and wipe animations to play.

Overall the mechanic is good, but I think it might be more interesting to apply it slightly differently. What I played was solid though. Good work!

"A resource-conservation platformer where jumping hurts you" - cool, sounds interesting! Nice simple controls. Nice level transitions. Really like it. Would have been nice to see more mechanics added in addition to the platforming. It's good that you have a number of levels already. The controls were too slippery for my patience to last this level though!

This is a fun platformer. I finished with a score of 535. My only suggestion is it feels like the movement is physics based. When trying to jump on single blocks it is very hard to be precise because of this.

Good game but a little bit hard for me : managing the double jump with a direction change to get up is not that easy ;-)

I really liked this - especially the "tutorial as level elements" (very clever!) but the controls were a bit too frustrating. The game is about sacrificing jumps, so it's infuriating to lose health when you felt it was the physic's fault, not your own. If the double-jumps felt more fluid and light and satisfying to stick, then it would improve it a lot.

But it certainly has potential, and the flaws are just tweaks - the core idea is solid. Great work!
