My fourth ludumdare compo - and really proud of the result this time!

I am really happy with the amount of polish I got into this game. The games mechanics and content could be expanded quite a bit, but I am pleased with my decision to put effort into the polish and look of the game instead.

Controls

Control the camera with WASD or the arrow keys

Place selected building with left mouse button

Cancel the placement with right mouse button.

The Towers

Arrow tower - shoots fast but weak arrows at enemies

Cannon tower - shoots slow but strong cannonballs with splashdamage

Gold mine - Generates gold every now and then

Runestone - with magical abilities it slows down nearby enemies.

Very nice graphics and quite standard, but pretty fun gameplay. The audio... did you made it by yourself? I mean literally, by your own throat? It was quite funny, but gave me feeling of watching some kind of porn -_^

I am not very skillful at TD games, but clearing this one was pretty easy, most enemies died after first right turn, I only missed wave 10 guy, which reached crystal at ~75% hp, guess game needs some balance.

By the way some towers were firing in opposite direction without any obvious reason ![Безымянный.png](///raw/d7f/2/z/3973.png)

Well executed little tower defense game. I like the art aesthetics of the 3D models (simple polygons with hard corners. Even the HP bar has that PB shader aesthetic to it!), but I think it clashes a little with the mouth-based sound effects (which actually had me laugh out loud- a good thing!) and medieval font-based UI. Overall, it's pretty fun tower defense game. Great entry!

I liked the Audios and the graphics of the environment. The mobs were not that good looking.
Its really fun to play even if it is a pretty standard Tower Defense Game.

This was fun! I liked the SFX, and everything felt well thought out. I enjoyed all of the types of the towers, and the enemies (while limited) were good. The moment where I saw the really fast enemy (not wave 10, just the normal fast enemies) was a really surprising one. I felt that the final boss was WAY too hard, and it wasn't exactly clear when I lost, but the overall game was fun! Great job!

A great looking environement, and nice sound effects. Works perfect, it is very impressive for a compo game, congratulations! A nice tower defense game ver ycallenging but I think you should make the gold and wave indicator bigger because sometimes it's hard to see them. An overall pleasant game, realy nice for compo!

The Boss's hp is so high!!!

Great job! Towers and environment all look nice. When I got to Wave 10, not only was the boss hella high HP but the wave and gold counters just started flying up, forever. And ever. That was weird. But good show otherwise, tower defenses are a joy, you should make more!

After 15 waves I reached a bug where the waves counter got higher and higher in seconds. You made nice graphics and I also liked your sounds very much. It's a bit hard to read the black font on a black background. But overall a nice game.

Sorry for some reason I'm not able to play it, it just shows an pink screen in the beginning without progressing.... Looks interesting though, would have liked to try it out

Nice entry! The sounds might have been surprising but they were pretty funny and not too loud. Great job making a solid Tower Defense, only a few features are missing like showing tower ranges, damage output, and gold output. Honestly I couldn't tell exactly how the gold mines impacted my income, so I didn't understand why they were so expensive. That made it hard to manage the balance between gold and arrow towers. Still just a minor problem.

Very fun tower defense game! Love the graphic style, impressive textures for a compo entry! In my experience enemies were well balanced. I found an exploit, where after alt-tab the time between waves was infinite and I was able to spam goldmines to get infinite money. Without the exploit mines and runes seem quite useless, runes range is to small to really help with the quick guys. And as previously noted, reaching high enough wave causes wave counter to count up every frame.

Game lacks polish but is fun anyway and very pretty.
