love the music and art, but one problem, the characters fall too fast due to high fps rate i guess, cant even pass the first level

Thank you. I will fix this bug tomorrow, I think I just need to use fixedupdate instead of update.

It should be fixed now. However couldn't test it as my screens can't go higher than 60hz.

Hey, that's really neat concept for a puzzle platformer! It would need a little bit better control, namely jumping is a little clumsy. Other than that it's great, I like also the visual style, the music is fitting. Great entry man!

Wonderful and impressive game. I loved the art and the music. I just found the controls are a bit hard

Thanks for your comments.

Yep, the controls are not the best. I am not use to platformer so I had to improvise the physics.

The difficulty was hard to judge as I was the only one to test it, I hope most people can pass throught levels 1 and 2. Level 3 and 4 difficulty depends of how well you know the level, they are probably too difficult.

@crosenlund79 : English is not my native language, can you tell me what were the spelling mistakes you saw?

@thetatautau - it was me that had trouble spelling ... this word as was unsure of:

So no spelling mistakes from you ;)

Super cute game! The art style is great and the puzzels are realy interesting but the jumping is not great as others has pointed out. You fall way to fast in my opinion. Otherwise a great entry!

Hey, I really enjoy the artstyle but the character jumps only one out of five times I press the jump button. The audio was also really pleasing. And the idea of switching the mortality of a character is awesome!!!:v: Good job :)

@teo989 @erik-brunnstrom @gao-ming @purpledartfrog @jiri-hysek @fm-studio @pwroff @not-fall-ark : The character was not jumping due to the way his "grounded" status was checked. I fixed this bug and modified a bit the colliders of some platforms that were too thin like the thorns in level 1. The controller is still far from perfect but it should feels better than before.

The concept for this game was impressive! Some of the timing between platforms was a little tough, but other than that, I loved this game!

What a cool concept! How hard it should be to design it properly! The eerie music is perfect and I loved the moving plants. The design is essential but effective. Beautiful game!

Great and simple concept and twisting my mind that it hurts ;) the music might be a bit repetitive but it fits the mood very well

Looks like the jump physic depends on the framerate, so I can't jump high enough (or I can't control the jump as much as I should) to reach the platform on the right with the dead one.
Looks and sounds great tho.

@yorsh The jump physic used to depends on framerate but it should not be the case anymore. But it's true that this jump is too difficult, if you jump too soon the caracter bump her head in the top platfrom and if you jump too late you fall.

I would totaly change this level if it was'nt against the rules of LD.

The other levels should not be as problematics as they don't require precise jumps (except level 4).

Also I just realized that you jump higher when moving whereas I didn't intentionally coded it.

Nice job. I love the music and the art style you chose for this game. A bit too challenging for my taste (I'm not really a puzzle platformer guy ^^), but it's a pretty solid experience ;)

Really good job on the art side, especially with the collisions with the environment. The idea is really interesting! I think it would be worth investing some time into refining the jump mechanics! Keep going!

I really liked the art direction, mastered brilliantly and a very well designed level design :)
The story of the game is interesting, for a compo it is very polish. Congratulations

@thetatautau finished it before my first feedback btw, level 1 is the only level that may cause some trouble to certain machines.
